    El Instituto de Síntesis Orgánica (ISO) de la Universidad de Alicante ha desarrollado un nuevo método de formilación de indolizinas, basado en la utilización de la sal de Eschenmoser, cuyos productos permiten la detección de nitritos de forma rápida, simple y eficiente en aguas o alimentos. Esta invención solventa los inconvenientes de los métodos conocidos hasta el momento ya que no requieren sustancias altamente reactivas y/o de elevada toxicidad, además, se puede aplicar tanto en disolución como sobre bastoncillos de algodón. This invention solves the disadvantages of the methods known so far, since they do not require highly-reactive and/or highly-toxic substances. It can be applied both in solution and on cotton swabs.
