Jan Broders had it all. He had lived in 9 countries by the age of 27, spoke 4 languages and was on the path to become a 5* hotel manager.

All went according to plan. Until one morning. The morning when Jan physically collapsed in the middle of the beautiful hotel lobby on his way to the office. Diagnosis: Burnout.

It took 2 months in a clinic and an entire year off work for him to recover physically, mentally, and emotionally.

What could easily have been the worst day of his life turned out to be the best. Jan decided to embark on a quest. He travelled the world for 3 years to learn everything he could about healing and personal growth.

Inspired by Jan’s personal transformation, former colleagues and friends began to seek his advice. Jan Broders Coaching was born.

Today Jan offers deep coaching to high achievers from around the globe and creates programs around stress management & resilience for SME and corporations such as Mercedes Benz.
