A New York based bill, H.R. 3247, also known as the Aaron Salter Jr. Responsible Body Armor Possession Act, will ban future purchases and ownership of Body Armor that is N.I.J. Rated Level III and up. Other items are included in this bill. If passed, this could start the ball rolling for other States to follow.

After the Alan Colie incident I look into the differences between AOR (Attorney's on Retainer) and USCCA after they claimed that USCCA dropped Alan Colie and did not provide him with an attorney after his Self Defense Incident.
