After a teensy tiny break from the podcast, Bre and Brayden discuss how harmful people-pleasing actually is for not only you, but the people you are trying to please. Brayden dives into his "approval addiction."

Bre opens up about her story of sexual assault and speaks into the power of honesty and narrative. Bre and Allyson discuss women empowerment and the female experience. 

This week, Bre and Brayden interview Kenny, Bre's childhood crush and professional chef (or as he puts it, a "steward of food"). He discusses his involvement with homeless outreach, his story of sobriety, as well as the current state of mental health awareness in the food industry.
