    What’s Your Problem is a monthly segment we run here at The Joinery Business Coach where we answer some issues people might be having over in the Joinery Business Hub. Today's question was about how to build a “business toolbag”, which is to say a set of knowledge and experience that can help you solve any issue in the right way. 

    Every business has its issues come up, whether it’s staffing, issues with clients, financing issues, or anything else. How you deal with those issues is what defines you as a business owner, and creating a great business toolbag is absolutely essential. To have a great business in the joinery industry, you have to be prepared to deal with anything that comes your way, and know how to solve the issues your business might be having, so I’m joined today by Lynda Tregoweth and together we’ll go in detail about how you;d go about building a business tool bag that suits you.
