    Hey EmbodyHer family! Today we're talking to the INCREDIBLE, BADASS Carly Compton otherwise known as @recoverwithcarly on Instagram. Carly is an eating disorder therapist, eating disorder survivor, and just an overall champion of helping people give up dieting, recover from disordered eating or an eating disorder, and find genuine happiness and acceptance within themselves, no matter their size, race, gender, sexuality, or socioeconomic status.

    She is the host of the Recover with Carly Podcast and the creator of Eating Disorder Education and Awareness: A Curriculum for Adolescents. She is also a speaker and MODEL. 

    Carly shares her story and tells us more about how she came to find body acceptance, we talk about disordered eating and eating disorders, why everyone can benefit from therapy, and how she became a MODEL and landed a campaign with Ashley Graham.
