    In this episode I’m sharing my experience of not being able to quit in the past and how it stopped me learning how to fail. 

    Not allowing myself to quit meant I wouldn’t fail and stopped me being able to sit with the uncomfortable moments failure brings up. Now I fail with purpose and use it as opportunities to learn and grow.

    In 2015 I was feeling stuck in life, I knew I could do something new, I had an internal pull to do more with life that I couldn’t ignore any longer. However I didn’t know what I was to do next!

    Visualisation practice helped uncover the answers to the questions I hadn’t be able to answer for years. I started to know more about who I was, what I wanted, what changes I wanted to create… I’ve used visualisation for almost 10 years both from a personal perspective and within my coaching practice - it honestly changed my life for the better!
