    To be on your path means you are being the person you were born to be.  When you are on that path your world reflects it with peace and abundance.  There is a trick.  You can not be on your path mentally and not physically, on the other hand if you have the perfect body, it means very little if your mind is full of clutter.  You need a balance of mind, body and spirit.

    Make a Change

    Are you constantly filled with anxiety, worried about this or that?  You don't enjoy the little gifts life has to give because you are focused on the next thing, or why the last thing wasn't perfect.  The truth is there is good and bad in almost every situation and you get what you give.  Meaning if you look for the good you will find it.  Unfortunately, many of us have gone though our stressful lives, unknowingly training our brain to look for every pitfall.  Talk about anxiety!  Step one is make a change by re-training your brain.  So let's get started!

    COVID-19 has brought a time of chaos and uncertainty to our country.  In my life time, we have never dealt with a situation like the one we are currently facing.  The only constant is constant change.  Rules and regulations are changing daily.  Laws are being passed. Declarations are being put in place.  Some businesses are forced to close their doors not knowing when they will be able to re-open.  This instability has caused the stock market to continue to drop. As it stands today, there is no end in site.  
    But through all the uncertainty, I began to see a silver lining and the more I focused on it, the clearer it became.  There are precious gifts to be found amidst the chaos.

    March 17, 2020 - Our country is in crisis different from any I have seen in my life time.  During this crisis there are a few things we can each do.  We can first educate ourselves, follow guidelines, and do what we can to create a little bit of normal.

    If you are not healthy and not in a high risk group, take some time to ask yourself what can I do to help those who are in a different situation.

    The Path 2 Me is a program created to help each of us find the path which will lead us to our purpose, abundance and tranquility.  Bottom line is the more you know the more you know.  The left brain deals with the past and the future.  It says what have I learned in the past, and how will this decision affect my future.  The right brain deals with the here and now.  So how does that help me find my path...again the more you know the more you know.  Brain health is so important.  Balance is the key.  Check out this podcast to learn more.
