    SO stoked to be introducing our first guest on TMBH; the wise and wonderful Morgan Star-Riestis.

    Morgan is a Holistic Wellness Therapist specialising in Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and Narrative, Somatic & Movement Therapy. 

    This episode is a real banger. We talk about the many aspects of self and adopting the perspective of the curious observer. We dive into the many modalities of healing, with Morgan giving us some practical tools you can use today to soothe a very nervous system.

    We talk psychobiotics, the 'highest self', teaching the ego and so much more.
