Tracking your food in a nutrition tracker or food journal is really the very first step in putting your health in good view. Taking care of your health really does start with your relationship with food, or the kitchen as I say. And when you are armed with all of your individual nutrition facts, you are able to define or redefine that relationship.
Is your goal midlife weight loss? Do you just want to get a handle on what your numbers actually are? Then keeping this information is going to be so key for you.
As always, if you have a serious concern, please consult a nutritionist or your physician, but I have some general rules of thumb when starting here. This is your starting place to get serious on the health goals that you may have for today, for the rest of this year, for 2023, or for the rest of your life.
