    About this Episode

In today’s episode we’re talking about the power of hard work. More specifically the role of hard work and how to improve our relationship with hard work.

    In this episode we discuss:
An open discussion about the power of hard work.
How does perseverance play a role in expansion of one's own being?
What does doing something tough daily do for us?
How does avoiding hard work hinder or cripple us?
A few ways to update your relationship with hard work.

    Notes we didn’t discuss:
Get After It! And be mindful that it’s leading towards growth and not destruction. Some things must be dealt with to make space for growth, sometimes we are just being destructive. Be aware.
