Therefore, it's crucial to be mindful of the affirmations we make to ourselves, as they can have long-lasting effects on our self-image. Repeating negative affirmations can lead to self-sabotage, while positive affirmations can foster self-confidence and growth. Be aware of the power of "I am" and use it wisely.

      Our subconscious mind does not distinguish between truth and falsehood. Whatever we repeatedly tell ourselves, whether positively or negatively, gets stored in our subconscious. On the other hand, if we start using empowering affirmations and repeating positive self-talk, our subconscious will begin to adopt those beliefs as well. So, try incorporating positive affirmations into your daily routine, even if it feels awkward at first. Over time, you may notice a shift in your thought patterns and the way you view yourself.
