    Mallory Fox is a former competitive swimmer, fitness and yoga junkie, wife, dog mom and pizza-lover. But one of her most well-known roles is the owner of Foxy FIT, where she gets to ask questions, facilitate a variety of evidence-based practice bodywork modalities, and help people just like yourself feel their best.

    Dr. Fox was in an accident that altered her life. Suffering from an invisible illness, she became woke to the realization that there's more need to heal than just follow what doctors say. Listen in on her journey through healing through movement and mindfulness.
