    Overwhelmed? What to do to not get to this point.

    Find your strength inside requires you to stop & reflect once in awhile.
    In this episode i reflect on my last 2 weeks and what to do about it, the sound quality is not the best because I needed to record this while I was driving, but I hope the message resonates. 

    Stop & Reflect right now and ask yourself "what happened in the last 2 weeks? " Maybe even just the last week.
    What are you taking on, that you don't even realize you are taking on? 
    We can only do this until our bodies tell us we can't.  What do you do in this moment your body finally gets your attention?

    • Physical~ go workout! move your body, lift heavy enough stuff for you to move some energy.
    • Mental ~your emotions, allow your emotions to be seen. Let them out, in a healthy way.
    • Spiritual~ Who do you or what do you connect with?  Me? I connect to Jesus everyday. What does this look like for you or have you forgotten to connect? Just connect and trust your heart. 

    Can you recognize the patterns from the messages your body tries to tell you? 

    I hope you enjoy this message ~it's for me as much as it is for you.
