    In the last weeks, we've seen companies release solidarity statements and plans of action in light of Black Lives Matter. On this week's episode, Ena and SunAh ask if any of the companies will actually institute change, especially given some companies’ history of discrimination, or if these recent moves will only be lip service. The two discuss their experiences with being on diversity and inclusion teams at their jobs and to what extent they were able to institute change.
