Self Awareness and Assessment - Kathie McNamara O'Connor
Kathie first began her career in finance and investment but redirected her focus to self-awareness coaching and talent development when she became fully aware that investing in the people is the truest investment in any company. With over 25 years of experience in Leadership Development and Personal Growth, Kathie brings a unique and varied skill set to her clients. Through strengths-based leadership coaching, clients create a powerful process towards deepening their self-awareness around their relationships, leadership and communication style. Kathie is a board-certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as well as a certified practitioner of several assessment tools particularly in the fields of Behavior, Motivation and Emotional Intelligence, Her knowledge and experience spans across various industries including entertainment, education, manufacturing, finance, healthcare and technology.
In addition to coaching, Kathie is a certified facilitator with the Association for Training & Development (ATD) and enjoys customizing and facilitating workshops designed to help clients understand behavior and motivation traits to build successful and thriving relationships and teams. Kathie feels she has the best of all worlds working in both the one-to-one aspect of coaching as well as the one-to-many aspect of training.
