You have to get your clientele to like, know and trust your business. That experience has to be built through your online strategy, website, social media, and your content so they can trust you before meeting you for the first time. 

Randy goes on to discuss our Shock & WOW package which helps build trust. You use this as part of your strategy and send it out to a client before you meet them. This allows them to build more confidence in who you are as a company and it allows you to show up differently than your competition.
