Letter Kills is a rock/post-hardcore band from Temecula, California- formed in August 2002. Signed to Island Records after a short time togehter- their electrifying album "The Bridge" was produced by Jim Wirt (Incubus, Hoobastank) and was released in July of 2004.


They relentlessly toured the United States with Story of the Year, The Used, My Chemical Romance and others. Then quietly split up in 2006 during the writing process for their "would-be" second album.

In March of 2023, the band announced a comeback on social media- making everybody - including this podcast host- excited for their long overdue return.

Mike Theisen is an amateur MMA fighter from small town Nebraska with big ambitions and a great mindset. He currently has a 3-0 record, and trains at the reknowned Mick Doyle's Gym, and he's gearing up for a fight with the Dynasty Combat Sports promotion this June 2023. I was glad to have a chance to have met this young man, and hes someone I know you'll be interested to watch in the indefinite future.

You know may know him as that '90s Music Reaction Guy' from the internet- more specifically, TikTok. He also creates short films, sketches and hosts a music podcast known as "Waterproof Records." He's a fellow musician, with a similar backstory to myself, and I really enjoyed my conversation with this week's guest- Jacob Givens.

Sean Whalen is known for his work in numerous TV shows, including Shannon's Deal and Grace Under Fire, as well as movies, including The People Under the Stairs and Twister. He is also known for appearing as a hapless history buff in the first "Got Milk?" commercial, directed by Michael Bay, which aired in 1993.
