    Welcome to the latest podcast episode where we dive into some creative ways to freeze your fresh herbs from the garden. Whether you're looking to make your herbs last longer or simply have a surplus of herbs from your garden, freezing them is a great option. In this episode, we share some fun and easy methods to freeze your favorite herbs, including:

    • Freezing herbs in ice cube trays with water or oil
    • Blending herbs with oil to create herb paste cubes
    • Drying herbs in a dehydrator and freezing them in labeled ziplock bags
    • Making your own herb-infused butter

    We also share some tips on which herbs are best suited for each method, and how to use your frozen herbs in a variety of dishes.

    • Citric Acid (2 tsp)
    • Pineapple Essence/Extract (2 tsp)
    • Almond Essences/Extract (1 tsp)
