Johnny Kielbasa (as V) heads into Arasaka Tower with Hanako Arasaka to disrupt the Arasaka board meeting but she shows us a hologram of big daddy Soburo Arasaka and a hologram of our old Buddy Jackie Wells. After the board meeting turns into a blood bath, We optimize our guns and clothes and make our way to find Yorinobu Arasaka. After taking out a floor-full of goons, we head in for the final main story boss battle of them all against Adam Smasher and his henchmen...to be continued. Johnny Kielbasa (as V) returns to Misty's Esoterica to get a ride from Hellmann to the Arasaka estate to free Hanako Arasaka. We decide to maximize our character perks and our cache of firearms then we head to the Arasaka Estate to neutralize several guards and free Hanako Arasko by sneaking around and choking them out one by one. Johnny Kielbasa returns to CyberPhunk 2022 to enter into the final main story mission by heading to Embers to continue the Nocturne Op55N1 quest which is a "point of no return". In Embers, he meets Hanako Arasaka to talk about her deadbeat brother and taking over the family business. After the conversation, we pass out and wake up with in our old Ripperdoc Victor's office. Vic basically says we are almost dead. We can either commit suicide or we can take a pill to suppress Johnny Silverhand for a while. Then Misty takes us to her Esoterica to give us a Tarot reading. Johnny takes his first crack back into Night City after the big v1.5 patch (there's a lot, look it up). He then complains about having to redo his perk points. After that, he dives back into the Serious Side Effects mission at the Dew Drop Inn and he messes around with Photomode and keeps accidentally killing himself with grenades. Then after unloading some loot and messing around with perks, he attempts and repeatedly fails the Severance Package gig for Rihanna Kuma. Johnny (as V in the game) Johnny dives into more side adventures in and around Night City. He heads north to the oil fields north of the city and doesn't find much of anything. Then its time for side jobs! Reported crime: Don't Forget The Parking Brake Johnny takes the northernmost side job here. He has to dive into oily fluid and swim to the bottom to get some cargo out of a van that was either driven off a ledge or drifted in after not engaging the parking brake! Cyberpsycho Sighting: Six Feet Under Johnny sneaks around trying to subdue the cyberpsycho, Lely Hein. He accidently kills him once, so he tries the mission again and successfully executes a non-lethal takedown to complete the mission. Gig: Lousy Kleppers Johnny happens upon a warehouse full of armed thugs. He tries to sneak in and around by disabling some cameras and using some non-lethal takedowns. It's not easy. Then V and Silverhand head to the former site of the Rainbow Cadenza Club to look for some early recordings of Johnny Silverhand's band, Samurai, to complete the The Ballad of Buck Ravers quest. Johnny picks up where he left off in Night City's Vista Del Ray neighborhood where he tries to remember the right button to switch weapons and ends up tossing grenades into the middle of a busy marketplace. Then he tries to stop an assault in progress but his overzealous bike jumping creates some problems. Oops! Also, Johnny doesn't really understand Breach Protocol. He really just needs to figure out where to buy ammunition. Viktor Vektor sends him some clothes, Johnny examines his character traits, then he goes back to his apartment and takes a shower. Johnny starts off with a smooth groove befitting a rainy evening in Night City; then dives into Lizzy's Bar in Watson to see a fixer named Regina. Then Johnny meets up with Claire for a street race (The Beast In Me: City Center)! Johnny drives while Claire shoots at other competitors and Johnny ends up winning his first race (driving in Night City is much more forgiving than GTA). Then Claire drives through town, drops Johnny off, and drives away. Then the side job cavalcade continues as Johnny heads over to a homeless camp to neutralize a psyberpsycho for Regina Jones. He gets neutralized himself by the turrets hanging from the ceiling of the homeless camp. Finally, Johnny heads down to a warehouse industrial complex to do some murdering for the police. So Johnny hides behind a semi and takes sniper pot shots at a gang of bad guys and racks up more headshots than he expects to. Then he unloads some loot and calls it a day in Night City. This installment features some quasi-side missions for Johnny (as V) to complete. Fortunately, we do get a glimpse of Keanu Reeves (as Johnny Silverhand) along the way. We start off checking out ex-cop Andrew's apartment then heading off to find Andrew's NICHE (except we really don't know what a NICHE is). Johnny K/V heads to a columbarium (a weird cemetary) to find out that a NICHE is a grave. And this grave is for Barry - who turns out to be a tortoise. So Johnny K/V heads back to tell Andrew's cop buddies that Andrew quit being a cop because he was bullied and the Barry the tortoise was Andrew's only friend. Side quest completed. Johnny K/V complains a bit about misleading waypoints in video games, then Lizzy Wizzy calls! Johnny K/V spends some time figuring out how to find Lizzy Wizzy at the No-Tell Motel. When he does, he finds that Lizzy Wizzy strangled Liam - the dude that was trying to hide from her. Johnny K/V hastily disposes the body down a garbage shute. Side quest completed. Then Johnny K/V goes across the street and shoots up a club/gang hangout and manages to do the Loot Scoot Boogie. Side quest completed. Johnny Kielbasa (as V...and Johnny Silverhand?) finishes the Search and Destroy mission then goes in and out of consciousness while Johnny Silverhand slowly takes over his body. Johnny/Johnny Silverhand/V go from one crappy motel room to another then talk to a human-looking proxy for Hanako Arasaka. Then Johnny wakes up again in Pacifica in the ruins of the Pistis Sophia hotel across from that abandoned roller coaster we rode a while back. While there, Johnny Silverhand shows V his cache of dog tags from the Mexican conflict 50 years ago. Then we (V) have to decide if he'd take a bullet for Johnny Silver hand. Then Johnny Silverhand says we have to get Rogue and kill Adam Smasher to get revenge from something else that happened 50 years ago. Then Act 3 starts and we hit a POINT OF NO RETURN where all other quests will be locked. So we decide to not go in there quite yet. So next episode....side quests! Johnny continues the Life During Wartime quest in Cyberpunk 2077. He sneaks up on a gas station in the middle of nowhere. Johnny prefers sneaking and sniping so it takes a little bit for him to figure out how to get in the back door of the gas station. Then he has to find Hellman (not Hellmann's, a much more preferable thing to search for). Johnny finds Hellman then knocks him out so he can transport him to the Sunset Motel, where Takamura shows up to extract some information about getting the Johnny Silverhand's construct chip out of our head. Johnny tries to go on three different missions but is stifled by not being able to defeat a bunch of robots and not knowing where on the map he's supposed to go. He heads to Claire's garage to hear her instructions on getting in some racing/shooting contests. Johnny isn't good enough at shooting to try all this stuff right now. Then he tries to go meet Takamura and tries to figure out what "pursue other leads" means. He doesn't figure it out. Then he decides to do the Life During Wartime quest which involves a really long motorcycle drive out to the desert. Only to find out he can't defeat the army of robots trying to keep him from destorying a turret. Then Johnny fast travels back into the middle of town and tries to find a tarot card graffiti...and he can't find that either. Johnny Kielbasa (as V) takes on the Never Fade Away quest in Cyberpunk 2077 where we go to the Voodoo Boys hangout to search our brain for Johnny Silverhand's memories to get some information on Silverhand's girlfriend, Alt Cunningham. Sex, drugs, and rock and roll ensue in Johnny Silverhand's memories at a post-concert fight with Alt that ends up with her getting abducted by thugs outside of the concert venue. Johnny Kielbasa tries a couple different approaches to the kidnapping scene before realizing that he ends up getting stabbed and left for dead no matter what he tries. Then Johnny Kielbasa/Silverhand wakes up at his RipperDoc's office with some dude named Thompson, who rescued him from the kidnapping scene. They decide to go to Atlantis to pick up Rogue and her dude so they all can go storm Arasaka HQ to rescue Alt. Then it's shooting shooting shooting until Voodoo Boy Brigit jacks in to tell Johnny that he needs to dive into the Transmission quest to take a Tron-like crawl through computer land to go beyond The Black Wall. Then they find the computerized version of Alt. Johnny Kielbasa/V wants Alt to be able to remove Johnny Silverhand from his brain before it kills him. Alt says she might be able download him and reconstruct him. Then the crew has to escape the Voodoo Boys hangout. Johnny jumps into Dex's limo. Dex is a fixer, he dishes out quests. He gives Johnny a thumb drive to stick in his brain. He has to find Evelyn Parker and visit Maelstrom. He finds out that eddies means cash and that the crappy car he has is hard to drive. He unsuccessfully tries to deal with Royce and Dum Dum and ends up dying multiple times then he goes back a few save points and takes a different approach. The Maelstrom are an antsy lot, must be all the chrome they are huffing. Then Johnny goes to Lizzies Bar to do some braindancing as prep for a relic heist. Johnny begins his journey into Cyberpunk 2077 by doing some character building. He chooses to be a scarred up male Corpo with 4 body, 5 intelligence, 3 reflexes, 6 technical ability, and 4 cool. Then Johnny heads off to his tutorial mission. He also reads some webpages in the Cyberpunk internet pages, meets up with Jackie, and gets introduced to data charges. Then Johnny goes to the Lizzie's Bar and gets fired from his job. Then it is time for target practice, stealth training, and messing with the x-axis sensitivity. Then Johnny tries to find Sarah Dorset with his buddy Jackie. Johnny finds the Samurai band website and gets introduced to Johnny Silverhand. And after finding Sarah, Johnny heads back to his crib to wipe with the three shells (from Demolition Man??) after a long day of losing his job and running around town.
