Winning against addiction is a constant battle, but it doesn't have to suck.  I wrote my new life-book and got after it.

I used to spend my time drinking, smoking, and ripping lines.  I burned my old playbook and now live by my new set of rules.

1. Morning routine: Wake up early and make my bed.
2. Back to the Basics: read, play Dungeons and Dragons, make the world my library, appreciation without expectation, be happy.
3. Replace my addictions: walk, bike, box.

Tyson's story begins in 5th grade where he had his first beer.  He takes us on his journey from the darkness of addiction to the sunlight of sobriety while along the way he thought a stripper really liked him, landed in jail, and with the help of Ayahuasca found his path.
