Teaching points from week 1 of the 8 week emotional wellbeing course. Overview of anxiety and depression, Western view, self relations view. Embodied Living principles and the concept of the 'three minds'.
Sue Tupling of Embodied Living appears on BBC Radio Stoke. Sue said, "
I love BBC Radio Stoke, I was on prime time this morning with Perry Spiller. Really like the guy, especially as he got my name wrong. He asked some wonderful and insightful questions about happiness because today was international day of happiness. Hopefully I gave him some food for thought for his show and he plugged me as big on yoga. I do work hard to try to add value to these shows (I feel incredibly grateful to be asked on) and give listeners some food for thought, to challenge their concepts of happiness. Perry pretended to be a whimsical radio presenter (playing to the audience, he was fun) but I appreciate his ability to listen and the depth of his questions. I'll post the recording below, in case you're remotely interested."
