Bonus Episode: Write the Vision, Make it Plain

Bonus Episode: Write the Vision, Make it Plain

I'm recalling a recording I did at Miraval Resort where I attended a retreat with OmNoire in April 2019. Sharing my reflections after receiving the letter I wrote to myself almost four months ago.

I encourage you to write the vision for the rest of the year and what you hope to accomplish and manifest in your life. Put that letter somewhere and take it out on December 31, 2019 and see what has come to pass.

Mantra: May you be happy. May you be healthy. May you be free to surrender. May you be peace.

My Top Book Recommendations for the Healing Journey

My Top Book Recommendations for the Healing Journey

Today's show I am sharing my top book recommendations for the healing journey. I committed to reading books about others' journeys for self-discovery and healing when I was going through my own healing a few years ago. While I couldn't share my full list, I have a couple blog posts that review many of the books I've read over the last four years related to healing, self-discovery, personal development, and self-improvement. I will also discuss how reading is therapeutic and why choosing a book that best meets your needs at this time in your life is important.

Evolving With Krystal J. Episode 2: The Shifting

Evolving With Krystal J. Episode 2: The Shifting

Today's episode I am discussing what happens when we are going through a shift and why we resist the process of shifting.

The shifting is a change that’s occurring and an awareness of how temporary your current circumstance is. A transition.

I ask: "What is this moment teaching me?" 5:30

I explain how learning how to swim taught me about embracing the shift.

It takes a certain level of acceptance to move through the shifting. 9:05
