Feed My Sheep Temple- Collage

On this episode of The Collage, we had the privilege of sitting down with our friend Misty, or as we like to call her Bama...which turns out to be an odd nickname for someone originally from Texas. Misty has truly been a God send to the Feed My Sheep community and we are so thankful to have her with us. On this episode, the conversation lead to the topic of hope.  What is hope? What happens when we lose hope?  Most importantly we speak about the hope that does not disappoint which is our hope in Jesus. Misty is a carrier of this hope and she shows it to every person that walks through the doors of Feed My Sheep. She brings so much joy to people's lives. We are truly honored to have her with us.

 On this episode of The Collage, we spoke with our friend Brent. Brent is a husband, father, brother, friend, and also the Recovery Pastor at Vista Community Church in Temple. In our discussion, Brent shares his own testimony of how Jesus really stepped into his life and freed him from his own addictions. We also spoke about the loss of his brother, the impact that had on his life, and how the Lord was faithful through all of it. Brent wanted to mention that his brother had such an impact on his life that he named his youngest son after him.

Page has been around Temple for quite some time now, serving in many different capacities. Bethany House of Prayer is located directly next to Feed My Sheep and is open for anyone seeking a space to pray throughout the week. Our discussion today deals alot with the struggles of personal addiction as well as watching those you love so much dealing with it as well. On this episode of the Collage, we speak with our good friend Gerald. Gerald is a Peer Support Specialist with Central County Services here in Bell County. Gerald's story is absolutely amazing. The things that God has brought him through to where he is today, serving others out of a heart full of love will leave you speechless. We are so thankful to have Gerald serving alongside us here, loving on the people of our community. 

On this episode of The Collage, we have HB and Lynnsay Macey with us. HB and Lynnsay are the owners of the local Temple business, Perry's Office Supply. HB and Lynnsay have also been great supporters of Feed My Sheep for many years. On this episode we discuss what it was like for them to take over a business and all the emotions that come with that, how to earn the trust of the team, and what it takes to operate a successful business. HB and Lynnsay are great leaders within our community and it was so good to get insight from them.

Ben is an incredible leader of this upcoming generation as well as a leader in the community and his family. We are super excited to have Maggie the Intern (you have to say the full name each time you greet her) and are so thankful for her insight.

On this episode of the Collage, we speak to our friend Mary who is a vital part of our community up at Feed My Sheep. We first met Mary when she walked into the cafe for lunch and started playing the piano. The whole world seems to stop whenever Mary plays the piano. Her story is quite an eventful one. Her perspective on life is beautiful and we are so glad to know her. Enjoy Mary playing piano at the end.
