Whew! We are all going through it! Anger, angst, rage, and our shadow. Let's talk about it. We've talked about our shadow before, but we are bringing new awareness to it, it's process and why it's helpful to go through. 

We're in the season of the Shadow. We share messages and also reasons why Shadow work is necessary! 

This one went so many places. It's a really big umbrella of what it means to have our own experience. We discuss where we are influenced about how things should look or feel and how to gain awareness around how we discount our own experiences based on the comparison to others' versions.

Where are all our fellow hyper independents at? Asking for help is so much more than asking for help. There is an inner conversation or response that some of us who struggle asking for help have that can be more daunting that just doing it ourselves. Let's unpack this.

Let's keep going! This eclipse is showing us the truths that we've been blocking. It's a lot, but these are the piece that are missing in your awareness to feel relief from suffering and adding more brightness into your dark days. It's worth it, I promise.
