    37: Connectedness Pt 2 - Networking Deep-Dive - WHY and HOW

Today's episode is part 2 of our series covering the umbrella topic of "connectedness." Today we are specifically talking all about networking. Or, if that word gives you hives, you can call it "relationship building" instead ;)

Courtney starts off the conversation by giving us 5 benefits of networking. We couldn't think of any downsides! Then we wrap up the episode talking about "how-to" networking (with a few "how-not-to" ideas to boot).  We cover the energy to bring to an event, the magic that already exists in your inner and outer circle, how networking can expand opportunities, and how to get you in the right frame of mind to network.

31: (Boundaries Part 2) - HOW to Set Loving Boundaries for Wholeness and Better Relationships

This episode is formatted to first look at how to recognize you need a boundary, followed by discussion about how to go about setting the boundary with some things to consider. The episode wraps up talking about how to hold and sustain the boundary, with some thoughts on when it might be appropriate to re-evaluate. This conversation about boundaries is an important one. 29: A Tool to Help You Prioritize and Narrow Your Goals When You Have a Lot of Areas You Want to Improve

29: A Tool to Help You Prioritize and Narrow Your Goals When You Have a Lot of Areas You Want to Improve

Courtney and Brigette discuss how they have received a question several times over the past few weeks that goes something like this, "I have so many things I want to do! How do I choose what to focus on?" The reality is we all have limits and finite resources (re: time!). There may be seasons we are in where we identify 35 things we want to work on or accomplish, and if we try to do them all at the same time, we're probably not going to do any of it well. This is setting ourselves up for failure and can even be a form of self-sabotage.

In today's episode, Courtney and Brigette walk us through how to prioritize our goals. They discuss two key lists to make, and then suggest three filters that you can run your goals through to aid in removing some and prioritizing what remains to ensure the areas you're choosing to focus your time and energy are in alignment with your core values in the season you're in. This is a very tactical episode that is sure to be helpful throughout the year - not just while doing goal setting at the beginning of the new year!

28: Confused by which salt to buy and use? Here is your guide!

One Google search will make it very evident that choosing the best salt for you is trickier than it would seem. Table salt, kosher salt, sea salt, and Himalayan pink salt (plus a lot of derivatives)...how do you choose?

In today's episode, first Courtney and Brigette break down the question of whether salt is friend or foe. Spoiler: we choose friend! And then Courtney leads the discussion on pros and cons of salt options and how to choose which one(s) is best for you. This episode will help you the next time you're in the grocery store or even help you to understand what you currently have in your pantry. And we even dashed the episode with food puns for your entertainment.
