Doctors don't believe there is a disease such as Breast Implant Illness - mainly because there is not a particular "marker" or blood test that can confirm it. No doubt after the Dow Corning Law suit of the 1990s, doctors are hesitant to get involved.

Mona is a Gold Coast resident who has been actively involved with the community since her children were young.
