Finishing a double "iron distance" triathlon with Luke Sweet

Finishing a double "iron distance" triathlon with Luke Sweet

This past summer, Luke Sweet completed his first double iron-distance triathlon (known as a Double Anvil) in just over 30 hours. For those unfamiliar with triathlon, the double anvil consists of a 4.8 mile swim, a 224 mile bike, and a 52 mile run; all in 36 hours or less. Luke possesses a humble tenacity like nobody I've ever met before. This was truly an inspiring conversation and I'm excited to share it with you. Enjoy!

From 0 to 140.6 with Parker Olson (debunking Ironman myths along the way)

From 0 to 140.6 with Parker Olson (debunking Ironman myths along the way)

Parker Olson is surely one of the most unique individuals I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He's an entrepreneur, an adventurer, and in 2021 - he became an Ironman (having never even done a triathlon or other endurance event before signing up). Using inexpensive used equipment, goofy outdated apparel, and homemade whole food endurance fuel - the man was able to keep his 'all in' costs to a meager $2k.

This episode is perfect for anyone that's been putting off their dream of a 140.6 because of costs and time. Enjoy!

DJ Vice on not breaking the chain | A mile a day every day for 4 years

DJ Vice on not breaking the chain | A mile a day every day for 4 years

If you've been to a nightclub in Vegas or LA, there's a good chance you've seen today's guest before: DJ Vice. And while many people know Vice as the resident DJ of Vegas's biggest clubs, not many people know that the man is a runner! In fact, he's run a mile a day every day for the last four years. Sometimes he runs further than a mile; like when he ran the LA marathon in 2019.

Today's interview features an awesome conversation with one of the most disciplined human beings I've ever met. If you are: 1) someone who wants to someday run a marathon; or 2) someone who wants to start a new habit (like running a mile a day) - this episode is for you. It's also for anybody with a pulse.
