    Sid Garza-Hillman is a nutritionist, running coach, and breath coach who specializes in stress management. Sid's techniques include the use of a 'stealing moments' concept and the implementation of minimalist principles to eliminate excess and make the most of time.     Joe Gray is a 21x US Champion and 9x world champion - earning the top spot in a variety of running competitions, from ultramarathons to snowshoe races. He is the first Black American to make the Team USA World Mountain Running Team, win the USA National Mountain Running Championships, and win the World Mountain Running Championships. He was also recently voted as the Greatest Male Mountain Runner of All Time. 

    Today, Joe shares how running shaped his life, tips for other runners, and how he’s working to increase diversity in the community.

    He is an endurance athlete who holds the world record for the individual longest continual row of 3 days and 11 hours on a Concept II rower.     'The Lakeland 100 ‘Ultra Tour of the Lake District’ is the most spectacular long distance trail race which has ever taken place within the UK. The circular route encompasses the whole of the lakeland fells, includes in the region of 6300m of ascent and consists almost entirely of public bridleways and footpaths. The route starts in Coniston and heads South before completing a clockwise loop which takes in the Dunnerdale fells, Eskdale, Wasdale and Buttermere before arriving in Keswick. From here the route heads to Matterdale and continues over to Haweswater before returning via Kentmere, Ambleside and Elterwater to the finish at Coniston.' https://lakeland100.com/
