    After receiving a Facebook message asking about how he keeps his nasal passageways clear and germ-free, Jerry took to his Wind Sprint page to share his response.

    As a part of his daily hygiene, Jerry uses Nozin, a nasal sanitizer, to kill the germs in his nasal passageways – and it lasts up to eight hours. He demonstrates two different ways of using the product – one that is more for daily use and one that is better to use while traveling.

    What do I do post-transplant to stay compliant?

    To stay compliant, Jerry keeps a daily log of things like his temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, and a number of other things. He also takes his medications daily – on average about 40 pills a day. By monitoring his vitals and keeping up with his medicines, Jerry is able to keep track of how his lungs are doing.
