Today’s guest might be one of the more important building blocks in the Coach Curley Juniata Era. Class of 2004, Craig Biller led the program to its first winning season in 13 years finishing with back to back records of 13-12 in his junior and senior seasons. He was a MAC All-Conference performer leading the team in scoring his final two years and graduated with 807 total points. Biller talks to the fellas about watching the cultural change of the program occurring over the course of his time at Juniata, gives his advice to next year’s squad and reflects back on the infamous “Basketball House.” All that and a shoutout to the program for earning the NABC Team Academic Excellence Awards for the 22-23 season.

The fellas are back with another outstanding alum, Mr. Eastern PA, Brian Dietrich. Brian grew up in Wyomissing, PA and now resides in Sinking Spring (Tom has no idea where either of these towns are in PA) and played for the Eagles from 1998-2002. He was at an interesting point in the history of Juniata Men's basketball in that he had Coach Curley as both an assistant and then became part of the process in Curley taking on the head coaching position. Tom, Coach and Biz talk about those early years, an interesting trip to Europe, and Brian's state championship as a coach.

Some fun facts about this week’s guest - he once played a game with not one, but two broken wrists. He was brought to the emergency room after his first practice by a guy who was just named the head coach with the Phoenix Suns and he spent four years with the Boston Celtics. It was Father's Day, we had the conclusion of Team camp and we were joined by one of the most decorated basketball players to have worn the Juniata blue and gold, Marcus Lee. A product of Carrolltown, PA, and Bishop Carroll High School, Marcus ranks 3rd in career scoring, 10th in career rebounding, and 2nd in career blocked shots.  He is 3-time first team All-Landmark performer, he was name the Landmark Senior Scholar Athlete of the Year his final season and as a senior led Juniata to the best season in school history. Coach Keith Black is a Huntingdon native, 1973 Juniata graduate and served as an assistant basketball coach at Juniata College for more than 25 seasons. The fellas talk to Coach Black about D3 instant replay, Huntingdon in the 70's, arguably the most qualified take on the Mt. Rushmore of Juniata and give their thoughts on tonight's Miami-Boston game 7.

This week, we welcome our second duo to the show. This one is from the class of 2013 and at the time, they graduated,Alex Raymond and Nate Higgins were the winningest players in Juniata history with an overall record of 61-48.  Their teams made two appearances in the Landmark Conference Finals, earned the program’s first post-season championship of any kind, winning the 2013 ECAC South Region Championship, and recorded the program’s first 20 win season, going 21-9 their senior year.

Our Juniata Eagles played in the Landmark Conference Championship this past Saturday and it did not go as we planned BUT the team did qualify for the ECAC post-season tournament and the journey continues. It was Senior Day this past Saturday at the Nest and seniors, Nick Rigby and Kohl Bernarding, came up big in route to a comeback victory over Moravian. Nick and Kohl join D3 basketball's best podcast in the business to talk about this season, their careers at Juniata and look ahead to the last two regular season games. The Eagles play Catholic on Wednesday and must revenge a terrible loss in DC. Tom is demanding the whole student body come out for this one. And then they finish the regular season at Scranton, which is likely a big game for  final playoff positions.
