The One with Broken Crayons: Toni Collier

Toni Collier is the founder of an international women’s ministry called Broken Crayons Still Color, which helps women process through brokenness and get to hope. She serves alongside her husband Sam who is the Lead Pastor of Hillsong Atlanta. Toni is a speaker, host, and consultant that has helped organizations with creative marketing, leadership, student ministry, and strategic planning. She’s had the opportunity to proudly stand on stages like North Point Community Church, Chick-Fil-A, IF Gathering, Orange Conference, and MomCon. Toni kills illusions. She confronts the hard things. She takes her challenges head-on, then she takes on your challenges. And, in this digital age of anxiety, Toni is teaching people all over the globe that you can be broken and worthy and unqualified and still called to do great things. She doesn’t want you to just face your demons, she wants you to quash the illusion of your brokenness so you can live the most colorful life possible, on and off stage.

The One with Holly Christine Hayes and the Sanctuary Project

The One with Holly Christine Hayes and the Sanctuary Project

Holly Christine Hayes is Founder + CEO of Sanctuary Project, a survivor-run nonprofit social enterprise employing and empowering women who’ve survived lives of trafficking, violence, and addiction in Austin, TX. Holly was rescued out of a life of trauma more than nineteen years ago and knows the path to recovery can be long and rocky. Her vision and leadership create a safe space for other survivors to grow in practical skills, unleash their creativity, embrace their femininity, and heal their hearts – all in community with other survivors. Sanctuary Project was recently named Austin Woman Magazine's 2020 Women's Way Business Awards "Business to Watch - Under $3M". Their impact jewelry line can be seen both online and at several local and national boutiques and was recently picked up by Target.com as their newest jewelry brand, launching in the Fall of 2020.

An award-winning author of the book “From Basement to Sanctuary,” Holly is passionate about sharing her vulnerable journey of healing and finding hope in Christ. She speaks in jails, churches, recovery communities and conferences all over the globe about transformation from trauma and the Redeemer who can lift any life from the pit.

In her spare time, she and her husband, Jeff, enjoy life on a hobby farm and vineyard in Southwest Austin, with their chickens, goats, cows, dogs and newest addition to the farm, their daughter Havana, who they welcomed last July.
