Our guest this week is an Entrepreneur with a Creative Mind and is also an Industry Powerhouse with over 20 years of experience. Our guest this week is one of the most successful Surfers to come out of Huntington Beach. From an early age, he was winning almost every amateur contest, and was an NSSA and USA Team member. He was destined to go Pro. He quickly climbed the pro ranks on the Bud Tour right out of high school and found himself competing on the WTC within a couple of years. Juggling a young family and while travel 9/10 months a year was a lot to handle having a young family, so after a couple of years on tour, he made a commitment to stay home to raise his kids. He took his Competitiveness and Drive and searched and took risks to find the right career. From Loan officer, to buying and running a Pro-am Surf Series, to a Surf Industry Rep, and now owning his own Pool Service Company. He is a work horse in and out of the water. A Team Captain for our HB Boardriders Club, we welcome our good friend Jeff “DBAUGH” Deffenbaugh.

Our guest this week grew up in and on the water. Growing up having a family boat, life

revolved around fishing. From scrubber, deck hand, to chef, second captain, and eventually

captain, he has done it all. With years of experiences in the restaurant industry and working

under great a chef like “Tim Johnson” at Zenbu Sushi….. It is to no surprise that he now has a

Our guest this week is an ocean enthusiast and has the natural ability to Rip on any kind

of Surfboard. He has deep roots in Surf, but he isn’t your typical Pro Surfer. His talents

go much deeper than just riding waves. He has skills on a skateboard, he draws, paints,

actor, stun-man, and I heard has a keen eye for spotting gems at the flea markets. But,

aside from all that, it’s his passion of Motorcycles that has made him unique and

marketable in our industry with signature products. Co-founder of Cycle Zombies, he

has been able to create a business…….creating and customizing vintage bikes! And

doing all this while raising 4 kids. We welcome the super talented, super hustler, and

Our guest this week is a musician, artist, and surfer. He worked at Ocean Pacific and Gotcha as a graphic designer and later founded Epic Clothing in the 80’s. He has had multiple bands throughout his life, including El Centro and Uprising. His bands were featured and toured on the Warp Tour. He has even had a song appear on CSI Miami. His life forever changed on October 12, 2002, BALI BOMBING, when he lost his best friend Steve Webster. He had horrific head trauma, broken bones, burns across his body, loss of hearing, he was a warrior. He fought to save his friend’s life and others and made a way through the rubble to save other people. More importantly we can’t wait to hear about all of his talents, including music, art, writing, surfing and how he is inspiring others with his positivity. We welcome Steve “CRABBY” Cabler!!

was one of the few Australians that was part of the "Momentum Generation". He made the

transition from professional Surfing into the business side of things in Sports

career. From there he spent a decade at Hurley, as Sales Manager for Core accounts, and then

onto managing Hurley’s Global Wetsuit and Footwear business. He is now at the Top of the food
