• Venus takes about three weeks to move through sign, unless it is retrograde, then can spend a few months in a sign
• Venus can be no more than two signs away from the Sun (because it is inside Earth’s orbit)
• Venus rules Libra (a relationship sign) and Taurus (a money and resources sign)
• The house placement adds another layer of meaning, so if you know your house placement, you can fold that into the mix (refer to episode on houses)

Dena and Katie talk about the themes of the transiting nodes as they shift into Aries (north node) and Libra (south node). They talk about how it will affect each of us, especially in regards to our relationships. It's time to recalibrate the balance in partnerships, friendships, and family relationships. They also touch on ways to make this transit more specific to your own chart.

Dates:

The transiting nodes enter the polarity of Aries and Libra on July 18, 2023. They will be there until January 11, 2025. The north node moves into Aries, and the south node moves into Libra.

They have been in the polarity of Taurus/Scorpio for the past year and a half since December 22, 2021.

Katie and Dena talk about Progressed Lunar Returns. The Progressed Lunar Return occurs for everyone at about ages 27, 54, and 81. They discuss the importance of letting the heart lead the way during this time, and how it can be a time to prepare for the Saturn Return that follows. They each share examples from their first return at 27, and they set intentions for the current return at age 54. See more facts about the Progressed Lunar Return below.

Progressed Lunar Return Facts:

• Occurs when the Progressed Moon comes to a conjunction with the Natal Moon.
• Happens for everyone at about ages 27.5, 54, and 81.
• This is different from Progressed New Moon, which is when the Progressed Sun and Progressed Moon are conjunct.
• Occurs a couple years before the first Saturn return, and 4-ish years before the second Saturn return. 
• The orb is about 6 degrees (and 6 months) either side of the exact conjunction of Progressed Moon and Natal Moon, for a total of 1 year of influence.
