I’m your host, Jess Roe, a Health & Fitness Coach and Mom of 2, successfully making sense of a healthy life while living with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and the other health issues that go along with. I know what it’s like to try to create a healthy life in the face of health issues, becoming a wife, parent and entrepreneur while managing everything life throws my way.
