    MEDITATION SPACE

    Welcome to MEDITATION SPACE.

    Meditation
focuses the mind and eliminates distractions to improve clarity, calm, and awareness. Mindfulness, stress reduction, and inner serenity are commonly achieved through it. Meditation has been practised for millennia in Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism, and Jainism.

Each meditation method has its own goals and practises.

Some of the meditations we will practice include:

Mindfulness Meditation: Focusing on the present, including thoughts, feelings, and emotions, without judgement. It involves monitoring your experience without judgement or reaction.

Transcendental Meditation (TM): To calm and still, TM practitioners chant a mantra silently.

Loving-kindness Meditation: Metta meditation promotes self-compassion and love.

Zen Meditation (Zazen): Based on Zen Buddhism, this practise entails sitting in a certain position and meditating on the breath or a koan to understand reality.

Vipassana Meditation: Theravada Buddhists use physiological sensations and ideas to understand reality's impermanence and selflessness.

Guided Meditation: A recorded or live guide takes the practitioner through visualisation or relaxation exercises.

Regular meditation can enhance stress, focus, emotional management, self-awareness, and well-being. Meditation has been demonstrated to improve brain structure and function, as well as blood pressure and heart rate.

All ages and backgrounds can meditate, regardless of religion or spirituality. Meditation can be beneficial for many people, but it may not be right for everyone and may be difficult at first. Explore numerous meditation methods to find the one that works for you if you want to start.

Episode 63: THE ADVISOR - MEDITATION SPACE

    Welcome to the meditation space.

All the answers are within us, but often we can’t hear them because our egos or other distractions get in the way.

The Inner Advisor is a powerful technique that helps us listen better to the voice of our intuition, develop our inner guidance, find clarity, and connect with our higher human qualities. This is based on shamanic and yogic principles.

Remember the time and place of your next meeting with your advisor, and tell yourself you are open to having different types of advisors. Also, take the signal breath to return from this meeting. In a meditation space, imagine a ball of energy that rises up the front of your body and goes down your spine, circulating around your body as you enter a deep state of relaxation and comfort. Ask your advisor for help with a problem if you feel you are not following through.

Episode 61: COMPASSION WITHIN - MEDITATION SPACE

COMPASSION WITHIN - MEDITATION SPACE  - JOE-Y BUSUTTIL

Welcome to Meditation Space - this practice looks at Compassion.

Compassion plays a significant role in meditation, as it can enhance your practice and overall well-being in various ways. Here's how compassion helps with meditation:

    1. Enhanced Focus and Presence: Compassion meditation, often referred to as loving-kindness meditation or metta, involves generating feelings of love and kindness towards oneself and others. This focus on positive emotions can help you stay present during meditation, reducing distractions and promoting a deeper state of mindfulness.
    2. Reduced Stress and Anxiety: Practicing compassion in meditation can reduce stress and anxiety levels. When you cultivate feelings of compassion, you counteract negative emotions like anger and resentment, leading to a calmer and more relaxed state of mind.
    3. Improved Emotional Regulation: Compassion meditation can help you become more aware of your emotions and develop greater emotional resilience. This means you're better equipped to handle difficult emotions and situations with equanimity.
    4. Greater Empathy: Regularly practicing compassion meditation can increase your capacity for empathy and understanding towards others. This can lead to more harmonious relationships and improved communication skills.
    5. Increased Well-Being: Compassion is linked to feelings of well-being and happiness. By nurturing these feelings through meditation, you can experience an overall improvement in your mental and emotional state.
    6. Self-Compassion: Meditation can also help you develop self-compassion, which involves treating yourself with the same kindness and understanding that you offer to others. This can be particularly helpful for individuals struggling with self-esteem and self-criticism.
    7. Enhanced Social Connection: Compassion meditation encourages a sense of interconnectedness with all living beings. This can foster a greater sense of community and social connection, which is beneficial for mental health.

To incorporate compassion into your meditation practice, you can follow guided metta meditation instructions or simply set aside time during your meditation to silently repeat compassionate phrases or thoughts towards yourself and others. As you continue to practice, you'll likely experience the positive effects of compassion on your meditation and overall well-being.

Episode 60: POETIC VERSE - MEDITATION SPACE

POETIC VERSE - MEDITATION SPACE  - JOE-Y BUSUTTIL

Welcome to Meditation Space - this practice looks at Poetic Verse,

Poetry and meditation can be closely intertwined, as both offer a means of exploring the depths of consciousness, emotions, and the human experience. Reading poetry mindfully can be a meditative practice in itself. When you read a poem, slow down and pay close attention to each word, line, and image. Let the words wash over you, allowing yourself to fully immerse in the sensory experience of the poem.

Like meditation, poetry can encourage moments of silence and stillness. After reading a poem, take a few moments to sit quietly and let the words and feelings settle within you. This can be a form of meditation where you simply observe your thoughts and emotions without judgment. Poetry can be a way to express and release pent-up emotions, much like meditation can help you process and let go of emotional baggage. Writing poetry can be a cathartic experience that allows you to explore and understand your emotions more deeply.

Incorporating poetry into your meditation practice or vice versa can provide a rich and meaningful way to explore your inner world and connect with the world around you. Whether you're reading, writing, or discussing poetry, it can be a powerful tool for self-discovery and mindfulness.

Episode 59: PATIENCE & ENDURANCE MEDITATION - MEDITATION SPACE

PATIENCE & ENDURANCE MEDITATION - MEDITATION SPACE

Welcome to Meditation Space a weekly podcast offering subscribers a free place to practice meditation and mindfulness.

Patience and endurance are important qualities that contribute to personal growth, success, and well-being.  Here's why they are important and how meditation can help cultivate them:

    Importance of Patience:

Resilience: Patience allows you to remain calm and composed in the face of challenges, setbacks, and obstacles. It helps you bounce back from disappointments and continue working towards your goals.

Better Decision-Making: Patient individuals are less likely to make hasty decisions driven by emotions. They take the time to gather information, consider options, and make well-thought-out choices.

Improved Relationships: Patience fosters understanding and empathy in relationships. It helps you give others the space and time they need, leading to healthier and more harmonious interactions.

Skill Development: Learning new skills and mastering complex tasks takes time. Patience enables you to stick with the learning process and persevere even when progress seems slow.

    Importance of Endurance:

Achievement of Goals: Many worthwhile goals require sustained effort over an extended period. Endurance ensures that you keep working towards your objectives even when the initial excitement fades.

Character Building: Endurance builds resilience, discipline, and determination. It teaches you to stay committed and focused on your goals despite difficulties.

Growth and Improvement: Enduring through challenges provides opportunities for growth and improvement. It pushes you out of your comfort zone and helps you develop new skills and perspectives.

Long-Term Success: Endurance is often a key factor in achieving long-term success. Many successful people attribute their achievements to their ability to persevere through tough times.

Meditation and Cultivating Patience and Endurance:

Meditation is a powerful tool for developing patience and endurance. Here's how it can help:

Mindfulness: Meditation, especially mindfulness meditation, trains you to be present in the moment without reacting impulsively.

Stress Reduction: Meditation reduces stress and anxiety, which can contribute to impatience and frustration.

Delayed Gratification: Meditation enhances your ability to delay gratification.

Focus and Concentration: Meditation improves your ability to focus and concentrate. This skill is crucial for enduring through tasks that require sustained attention and effort.

Emotional Regulation: Meditation helps you regulate your emotions, reducing impulsive reactions. This is essential for maintaining patience in challenging situations.

Mindset Shift: Regular meditation can lead to a shift in perspective, helping you recognise the impermanent nature of challenges and setbacks. This understanding can foster patience and a more balanced approach to difficulties.

Incorporating meditation into your routine can help you develop these qualities over time. Consistency is key, as the benefits of meditation tend to accumulate with practice.

Episode 58: SURRENDER MEDITATION - MEDITATION. SPACE - JOE-Y BUSUTTIL

    SURRENDER MEDITATION - MEDITATION. SPACE

Welcome to Meditation Space a weekly podcast offering is listeners a lace to practice.

The term "surrender meditation" can be used to describe many meditative practises in which the practitioner focuses on releasing their hold on the situation and any expectations they may have about the results. Giving up control of your mind, heart, and will during meditation is essential.

The goal of this technique is to stop trying to control your thoughts and feelings during meditation. Instead, you refrain from judging or suppressing your internal experiences as they occur. The result can be profound calm, contentment, and awareness of the present moment.

Principles from mindfulness and various spiritual traditions are frequently included into surrender meditation. It urges you to let go of any need to alter or control your surroundings and instead give your full attention to the here and now, your breathing, or whatever object of concentration you choose.

People who have problems with stress, worry, or excessive thinking may benefit greatly from this style of meditation. Achieving inner calm and focus requires letting go of the control one feels compelled to maintain over one's thoughts and experiences.

Remember that there are various types of meditation, and that the term "surrender meditation" may have multiple meanings and applications depending on the author or instructor. It's crucial to try out several meditation techniques until you find one that suits your personality and helps you achieve your goals.

Episode 57: I AM PRESENT - MEDITATION SPACE

Episode 57: I AM PRESENT - MEDITATION SPACE

I AM PRESENT -  MEDITATION SPACE

Welcome to the Meditation Space .

Becoming present for meditation involves cultivating mindfulness and awareness in the present moment. Here are some steps to help you achieve a state of presence during meditation:

Create a suitable environment: Choose a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without distractions. Ensure the room temperature is comfortable, and consider using cushions or a meditation stool for support.

Set a time for meditation: Establish a regular meditation schedule, ideally practicing at the same time each day. This helps your mind and body prepare for the practice and establishes a routine.

Adopt a comfortable posture: Find a posture that works for you, whether it's sitting cross-legged on the floor, using a chair, or lying down. The key is to maintain a position that promotes alertness without discomfort.

Focus on your breath: Use your breath as an anchor to the present moment. Pay attention to the sensation of the breath as it enters and leaves your body. If your mind starts to wander, gently bring your focus back to your breath.

Observe your thoughts: As you meditate, thoughts will arise. Rather than getting caught up in them or judging yourself, simply observe them without attachment. Let them pass like clouds in the sky, gently redirecting your attention to your breath or chosen point of focus.

Engage your senses: Tune into your senses during meditation. Notice the feeling of your body on the cushion or chair, the sounds around you, the temperature of the room, and any other sensations you experience.

Use guided meditation: If you're finding it challenging to stay present, consider using guided meditation. Many apps and online resources offer guided sessions that can help you stay focused and grounded.

Be patient with yourself: Remember that meditation is a skill that takes time and practice to develop. Be patient with yourself, and don't judge your meditation experiences as "good" or "bad." Each session is an opportunity to learn and grow.

Start with short sessions: If you're new to meditation, begin with short sessions, such as 5-10 minutes, and gradually increase the duration as you become more comfortable with the practice.

Practice regularly: Consistency is key. Regular meditation practice will strengthen your ability to be present and cultivate mindfulness in your everyday life.

Remember that meditation is a journey, and it's normal to have moments of distraction or restlessness. The goal is not to eliminate thoughts but to become more aware of them and cultivate a greater sense of presence and mindfulness in your life.

Episode 56: LIVING WITH COMPASSION MEDITATION - MEDITATION SPACE

Episode 56: LIVING WITH COMPASSION MEDITATION - MEDITATION SPACE

LIVING WITH COMPASSION MEDITATION -  MEDITATION SPACE

Living in compassion meditation is a practice that cultivates and nurtures compassion in your daily life. It involves developing a mindset of empathy, understanding, and kindness towards yourself and others. Here's a simple guide to help you practice living in compassion meditation:

Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without any distractions. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax your body and mind.

Begin by directing compassion towards yourself. Acknowledge any pain, suffering, or challenges you may be experiencing. Silently repeat affirmations or phrases like, "May I be happy. May I be healthy. May I live with ease." Visualizs yourself surrounded by a warm, loving light.

Expand your circle of compassion to include loved ones. Bring to mind someone close to you who may be going through a difficult time. Repeat the same affirmations for them, imagining them surrounded by the same loving light.

Gradually extend your compassion to neutral people, such as acquaintances, colleagues, or strangers. Picture them in your mind and offer the same well-wishes: "May you be happy. May you be healthy. May you live with ease."

Finally, extend your compassion to difficult people or those you may have conflicts with. This can be challenging but is an essential part of cultivating compassion. Recognise that they too experience pain and suffering. Wish them well in your mind: "May you be happy. May you be healthy. May you live with ease."

Take a few moments to bask in the feeling of compassion and loving-kindness that you've generated. Allow it to fill your heart and radiate out into the world.

When you're ready, gently bring your awareness back to the present moment. Open your eyes and carry this sense of compassion with you throughout your day.

Remember, living in compassion meditation is not limited to the meditation cushion. The goal is to cultivate compassion in your everyday life. Practice being more understanding, kind, and empathetic towards yourself and others. Small acts of kindness and empathy can make a significant difference in the world around you.

Regular practice will help deepen your capacity for compassion, promoting inner peace, harmony, and positive connections with others.

Meditation is a practise that can really make your life better. A practise that changes and improves your life in ways you might not expect.

So we need to do the right things and set up the right conditions if we’re going to change. Let yourself relax and let go.

Eudaimonia, in contrast, is meant as an objective standard of 'happiness,' based on what it means to live a human life well.

When taken to the extreme, it can translate into the pursuit of pleasure and simply doing whatever you want that helps you attain this. Aristippus, for example, lived a life in pursuit of pleasure and did anything for the sake of sensual pleasure.

Affirmations are positive statements that are repeated to oneself to help in still a sense of positivity, confidence, and motivation. Here are some reasons why affirmations can be beneficial for you:

Affirmations can help to reprogram your beliefs: The beliefs we hold about ourselves and the world around us can greatly impact our lives. Affirmations can help to shift negative self-talk and limiting beliefs into more positive and empowering ones.

Affirmations can improve your mood: By focusing on positive thoughts and repeating affirmations, you can train your mind to see the good in situations and in yourself. This can help to improve your overall mood and outlook on life.

Affirmations can reduce stress and anxiety: When we repeat positive affirmations, we activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for the body's relaxation response. This can help to reduce stress and anxiety levels.

Affirmations can increase self-confidence: By repeating positive statements about ourselves, we can boost our self-confidence and self-esteem. This can help us to feel more empowered and capable in our lives.

Episode 54: HEART GRATITUDE MEDITATION - MEDITATION SPACE

Episode 54: HEART GRATITUDE MEDITATION - MEDITATION SPACE

HEART GRATITUDE MEDITATION - MEDITATION SPACE

Gratitude is part of a wider outlook on life that involves noticing and appreciating the positive aspects of life. It can be attributed to an external source (e.g., a pet), another person or a non-human (e.g., God). It is also commonly an aspect of spirituality.

Choosing gratitude leads to contentment, joy, generosity, peace, forgiveness, and compassion plus so much more.  Gratitude is good for the soul.  So, once you choose to be grateful how do you cultivate the habit of gratitude?

We need to practice cultivating gratitude, on the good days and the hard.  If we practice on the good days, it will be easier to find gratitude on the hard days.  Obedience proceeds feelings, in order to feel grateful you need to practice.  A grateful heart won’t just happen.  We won’t just become grateful people. Sure, we might be grateful here and there but true daily gratitude happens with practice.

When we choose to see everything as a gift, keep a good perspective, look for opportunities to be grateful, and practice cultivating it daily we will start to develop the habit.  When we cultivate the habit of gratitude, we can be an example to others and spread the hope of a grateful heart to those around us.

An attitude of gratitude might not change your circumstances but it can change your perspective which really can change everything.  Practice gratitude year round simply on purpose.  Your life and others will benefit from cultivating a heart of gratitude.

What are you grateful for today?

Meditation is a practise that can really make your life better. A practise that changes and improves your life in ways you might not expect.

Episode 53: BEING IN THE FLOW MEDITATION - MEDITATION SPACE

Welcome to the SEEKING EUDAIMONIA  podcast.

BEING IN THE FLOW MEDITATION -  MEDITATION SPACE

You may have experienced a flow state at some point — that sense of fluidity between your body and mind, where you are totally absorbed by and deeply focused on something, beyond the point of distraction. Time feels like it has slowed down. Your senses are heightened. You are at one with the task at hand, as action and awareness sync to create an effortless momentum. Some people describe this feeling as being “in the zone.” This is the flow state and it’s accessible to everyone, whether you’re engaged in a physical activity, a creative pursuit, or even a simple day-to-day task.

The flow mental state is generally less common during periods of relaxation and makes itself present during challenging and engaging activities.

The best moments in our lives are not the passive, receptive, relaxing times… the best moments usually occur if a person’s body or mind is stretched to its limits in a voluntary effort to accomplish something difficult and worthwhile.

Meditation is a practise that can really make your life better. A practise that changes and improves your life in ways you might not expect.

Episode 52: POETIC MINDFULNESS - MEDITATION SPACE

    POETIC MINDFULNESS - MEDITATION SPACE

Why Mindfulness Poetry Matters. To read a mindful poem with full attention is to be in the present moment without judgement, simply aware of the music of the words. Mindfulness poems ask, even demand, of us attention that excludes the outside world, the mundane and complex worries of living in this moment and time

It uses ambient tones and nature sounds, repetition and rhyme to latch on to multiple senses simultaneously for a bit of a mood boost. Meditative poetry contains universal messages that can penetrate deep within our collective unconscious, just by listening with an open heart and staying present.

People with linguistic intelligence can use language (or, even, multiple languages) to communicate complex meaning. Linguistic intelligence is the most universal type of intelligence. People with high linguistic intelligence are usually poets, journalists, public speakers, and novelists.

Meditation is a self-care basic—it’s a free, soothing way to help get over a rough day by putting it in perspective, or to keep your mind fresh on the day ahead. You don’t need an appointment; you can take a quiet moment whenever the urge hits you.

Pressing pause on the endless chatter in your mind, especially when you’re over-the-top stressed and don’t think you could squeeze an extra second out of your to do list, is precisely the time you should, even if it’s just for a few minutes. The most powerful benefit of meditation is that it frees up wasteful energy to allow you to investigate and focus on what’s truly important to you, while setting aside problems or worries that no longer serve you.

I am Joey Busuttil and after experiencing years in mental, physical and spiritual psychosis- I decided to re claimed my life by stepping into a quest to find EUDAIMONIA.

Unlike our everyday concept of happiness, Eudaimonia is not a state of mind, nor is it simply the experience of joys and pleasures. Moreover, happiness is a subjective concept. ...

With the word Eudaimonia in mind, we’re striving to do justice to our full human potential and to work in some small but key way towards the improvement of our species.

Meditation is a practise that can really make your life better. A practise that changes and improves your life in ways you might not expect.

So we need to do the right things and set up the right conditions if we’re going to change.

Let yourself relax and let go.

This podcast offers practice to funding stillness and hopefully Eudaimonia.

GLORIOUS  MYSTERIOUS EASTER - MEDITATION SPACE

Welcome to MEDITATION SPACE on  the EUDAIMONIA connection podcast.

Basically, religious people use prayer to establish a deeper connection with God. Meditation, on the other hand, does not involve a connection with a higher power. Rather, the goal is for you to form a connection with yourself.

"Prayer and meditation are highly effective in lowering our reactivity to traumatic and negative events," says Dr. Paul Hokemeyer, a marriage, family and addictions therapist. "They are powerful because they focus our thoughts on something outside ourselves

Such resurgence of life, bursts of energy, and banners of hope—are these not hints of the Resurrection? When Jesuit poet Gerard Manley Hopkins asks Christ to “Easter in us, be a dayspring to the dimness of us,” he captures this rooting of a lofty, hard-to-grasp doctrine in ordinary lives. The good news remains an unchanging, steady beacon, but the way we receive it is coloured by our own experience. We may join half-heartedly in songs and celebration because we’re worried about the rent increase; it’s altogether different to sing full-throated alleluias because the biopsy was benign.

Episode 49: SELF COMPASSION MEDITATION - MEDITATION SPACE

Welcome to MEDITATION SPACE on  the EUDAIMONIA connection podcast.

Known also as karuna meditation, compassion meditation is deeply rooted in Buddhist philosophy and guides participants toward compassionate thoughts. It is a method for connecting with suffering — our own as well as others' — and for awakening the compassion that is inherent in all of us.

This meditation fosters feelings of compassion and concern for others by training people to notice suffering and strive to alleviate it, while at the same time giving people the emotional resources to not feel overwhelmed by the distress caused by that suffering.

Loving-kindness and compassion meditation actually seem to change the brain by increasing activation in a circuit important for empathy according to neuroscientists. It increases positive emotions towards the self and others, altru- istic behaviour, and a sense of connectedness.

Habits can be difficult to change. Mindfulness is a key to habit change because it allows us to bring into awareness behavioUrs that have become automatic and unconscious. Once we've brought the behavioUrs into awareness, we can make choices about how to respond.

It’s not easy to change habits because habits develop strong pathways in the brain, neuro pathways. We need to develop the skills to be willing to stay with and experience difficult feelings, and learn that we don’t have to believe all the messages, the urges, the cravings, the reactions that our minds repeat.

ELEMENTS & EMOTIONS MEDITATION - MEDITATION SPACE - JOEY BUSUTTIL

Earth, water, fire, and air are four natural elements that represent different aspects of life. Connecting to each one is the basic principle behind the practice of what's often called “elemental meditation”, which is taught in yoga retreats and addiction recovery centers.

The basic concept of meditation is that it is a practice that connects the mind and the body. Its purpose is to help increase both physical and mental peace and calm, which also helps you to learn how to live more fully in the present.

Both water and fire are seen as living entities that possess a will and a spirit of their own. Water and fire symbolize life, fertility, creativity and inspiration in cultures around the world. At the same time, water and fire also represent loss, death, and destruction.

Contemplating the Four Foundations of Mindfulness—mindfulness of the body, of feelings, of the mind, and of phenomena themselves—is recommended for all practitioners.

Meditation is a practise that can really make your life better. A practise that changes and improves your life in ways you might not expect.

So we need to do the right things and set up the right conditions if we’re going to change. Let yourself relax and let go.

Episode 43: INNER STRENGTH MEDITATION - MEDITATION SPACE

Episode 43: INNER STRENGTH MEDITATION - MEDITATION SPACE

INNER STRENGTH MEDITATION - MEDITATION SPACE

Meditation can help you do more than slow down your racing thoughts-it can help you think quicker. It can help you adapt to rapidly changing circumstances. It can be a key tool in promoting resilience. Without doubt, stress reduction improves resilience,  giving us inner strength.

Meditation teaches us that we can afford to relax, we can afford to be present. Even if something difficult happens, we can bounce back. We call this gaining resilience. Resilience is the quality of not giving up, no matter how many times we fall back into a pattern of grasping and tension.

You can develop resilience by learning to train your attention on more-positive aspects of your life. You use purposeful, trained attention to decrease negative thoughts in your mind and bring greater focus on the most meaningful aspect of an experience.

Truly resilient people are able to focus on what they can change and ignore what they can't. Attempt to evaluate your level of control over a situation. Ask yourself, “What can I take responsibility for?" Accepting circumstances that can't be changed can help you focus on conditions that you can alter.

Meditation is a practise that can really make your life better. A practise that changes and improves your life in ways you might not expect.

So we need to do the right things and set up the right conditions if we’re going to change. Let yourself relax and let go.

Episode 42: MORNING MEDITATION - MEDITATION SPACE - JOEY BUSUTTIL

Episode 42: MORNING MEDITATION - MEDITATION SPACE - JOEY BUSUTTIL

MORNING MEDITATION - MEDITATION SPACE - JOEY BUSUTTIL

Practicing a morning meditation is one of the best things you can do for yourself. numerous studies shows that people who meditate in the morning are happier, healthier, and more successful than those who don't. Also, starting your morning with a calm, focused mind sets the tone for your entire day.

Starting your day with a morning meditation can gently release grogginess and help set the conditions for a more successful day. Whether you wake up at 5am or 10am, incorporating a daily wake-up meditation can become your anchor in a day full of often unpredictable situations and variables.

When we start our day with a morning meditation, we are giving ourselves the best opportunity to be fully aware, fully awake, and fully alive before "doing" anything. By creating a regular morning practice, we are cultivating peace of mind and happier relationships where we are kinder and less judgmental of ourselves and others. Due to the current fast pace of many people’s lives, our days may include quite a bit of stress and pressure. People assume this kind of stress is simply an unavoidable part of life, but meditation can help enable us to manage our home lives and our work lives more skillfully.

True peace of mind is always there, but we first have to let go of everything that obscures such calm and clarity — our confusion, our ruminating, our expectations, our inner chatter. When you achieve calmness and peace of mind with morning meditation, your perspective changes and you may start to feel more positively about yourself and your day ahead.

Meditation is a practise that can really make your life better. A practise that changes and improves your life in ways you might not expect.

So we need to do the right things and set up the right conditions if we’re going to change. Let yourself relax and let go.

ORB LIGHT MEDITATION - MEDITATION SPACE - JOEY BUSUTTIL

Seeing colors during meditation is a normal experience for many people and has a variety of symbolic meanings. These meanings can be for the healing of your body, your spiritual enlightenment, to guide your personal growth, trigger psychological understanding, or represent an ancient wisdom.

Seeing colors when you meditate and discovering their true meaning can seem straightforward. But it gets complicated when you realize that each color contains multiple meanings depending on your age, culture, and personal experience.

Seeing white light during your meditation represents purity, completion and wholeness. It is the color of perfection and represents both the positive and negative aspects of all colors on the spectrum. White is a reflective color – meaning has the potential to awaken your openness, growth and creativity. White is a color of protection and encouragement. When seeing it in your meditation, you may feel a sense of peace, calm, comfort and hope. White can offer an overall inner cleansing by purifying your thoughts, emotions and spirit. White may indicate the completion of a cycle of your life and the rebirth of a new chapter. Seeing too much of the color white can cause feelings of isolation and emptiness due to the lack of stimulation that the color white has on your senses. It can seem too perfect and pristine which causes stress from not wanting to upset the perfection or make a mess.
