With the elevation of shifting energy, we are experiencing more shedding, consolidating, and releasing energy that doesn't fit us. We are healing and shedding emotions, beliefs, and physical energy; we will feel it all. What creates the momentum of shift?

The Sun is a large body in space that is 150 million kilometers away from Earth. The Sun's energy makes life possible on Earth. The power of the Sun's temperature surface is 6000 °C," or 10,832 Fahrenheit. About 126 trillion horsepower is sent to Earth, which equals 400 septillion watts or 400 trillion-trillion watts. The heat from the Sun creates weather and winds. The Earth only receives about one two-billionth of the Sun's total energy. How do we respond to the power of the Sun?

The quantum energy of 2024 is breaking down the barriers of time and space as we know it. Collapsing timelines and fragments are being healed, and we are letting go of old patterns while allowing innovation and gifts to emerge. February may have been tough for some as we crawled deep into our journey. March bursts forward with a sense of renewal. This month is a time of rebirth, but the uncertainty and rapid pace of change can leave us feeling nervous. We must remain mindful and aware as we navigate this energetic whirlwind. It's personal and collective, and we all feel this transformation's effects differently. As we leave old patterns behind, build awareness around how the Universe guides your intentions, paving the way for fresh beginnings and growth. 

March is known as the third month. However, March's 2024 collective numerology contains Two's vibration, representing duality, harmony, balance, and partnership. The energy of the number 2 resonates with abundance, prosperity, union, and divine intervention. It's a month that we'll stretch for ways to align our life with our soul mission and divine purpose, and the Universe will encourage us to have greater faith in ourselves and embrace life's polarity.

With the energy of the Spring Equinox, the entry into Aries Season, and the Lunar Eclipse all functioning as the gateway to the great Solar Eclipse of April, we'll continue to shift to a higher perspective, embodying Universal laws of nature, oneness, and unconditional love.

We live on Earth in a 3rd dimension environment. In this dimension, all is governed by time. We register and govern our processes with time—our birthdays, ages, 24-hour clock, days, weeks, months, and years. We measure by inches, feet, yards, miles, millimeters, centimeters, decimeters, meters, or kilometers. We've defined a numbering system as upward, greater, or less than zero.   Vibration, temperatures, flow, pressure – all are measured related to time and on a fixed scale. 

If you believe in dimensions, you may believe that you live in multiple dimensions simultaneously. Like a computer multi-processor, we can process more than one thing. If you believe in various lives, you may also believe that some past lives have had unresolved issues. You may also believe people you meet now might be from a past life. You may believe you have learned skills or a trade during those previous lifetimes or that you may have sustained physical, emotional, or mental injuries that left your energy field fragmented. You may have sustained trauma or illness in this lifetime as a continuum from something left unfinished in the past. Unfinished energy is collapsing, focusing action for it to be addressed, experienced, healed, or released in this lifetime. Why? How might we experience this? Pluto still plays an essential role in modern astrology. We can watch the inner planets of our solar system – like Mercury, Venus, and Mars – the Sun and moon, and those related to us internally, and we feel their energy impact more frequently within a lifetime. Pluto planet takes about 248 years to orbit the Sun, which means it spends over a decade in each sign. It hasn't been in Aquarius for 2348 years. Pluto is about death, rebirth, destruction, and rebuilding. Where it touches, it will create change. It is an outer planet like Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune, so it will impact systems, processing, communities, beliefs, and the environment, and it will create social or collective changes. The impact of change now will be felt for generations. 
Pluto has been bouncing into Aquarius, then back to Capricorn during its retrograde. It's forward now in Aquarius as of January 20. It will be there until September 1, 2024, when it will move back into Capricorn until November 19, when it will remain rock solid in Aquarius until March 8, 2043. 
At the core of Pluto's energy is - transformation. Like the phoenix, it demands a teardown or death before a rebuild. Wherever Pluto lands, you can expect destruction followed by creation. It's gradual, so you may not notice what occurs at first. However, after it exits one sign for another, you become aware of how much you've evolved, meaning we may only fully understand its impact once it moves into Pisces in 2043.

When I was in the corporate world, I'd say, "Slay the dragon - stand in the fire." Sometimes, it's a stay-in-place vs. running or avoiding. It means to stop avoiding and go through what life is presenting. 

I've since stopped using the phrase slay the dragon as the energies of the dragons really aren't happy with that, yet they understand the human use of the words. We tend to want to kill everything anyway, so why wouldn't we use a metaphor for killing something we thought to be harmful…   Did you catch that….   Killing something we thought was dangerous and acting from the fear of what could be vs. what is.  
 Dragon energy – and dragon energy is NOT harmful, scary, or anything else we might have made up about it being wrong. So, wanting to kill it just doesn't make sense. But then, as humans, we actually do a LOT of stuff that doesn't make sense when we act from that place of fear. 

Welsh kings first adopted the dragon in the early fifth century to symbolize their power and authority after the Romans withdrew from Britain.   Dragons have long symbolized power. I'm going to share the energies of 13 dragons. 

You might not believe in Dragons. Maybe you didn't believe in crystals, angels, guides, or astrology a few years ago. Today, please open your eyes, ears, and soul to the possibility of some additional helpers out there who want to help and in that they can bring the fire energy of the dragons. In past lifetimes, you worked with them more closely. Maybe as a child, you played with toy dragons and never understood the draw you had to them. What harm is there in being curious about the possibility of seeing something new?

Much like the astrology of the zodiac signs, the Chinese New Year begins on February 10th. Whether you follow the Chinese New Year or astrology zodiac signs, 2024 looks to be an auspicious year. We leave the year of the rabbit and enter the year of the Dragon. This one caught my eye as I've worked with Dragon Energy for many years. I've created numerous meditations that connect you with dragon energy, their colors, and energy sources.

The Dragon is a mythical creature that carries many beliefs.

• The Eastern perception is that the Dragon is a protector, representing luck, creativity, progress, wealth, change, and growth. You might be familiar with images or movie scenes where the Dragon sits upon mountains of gold coins.
• The Western perception is often about a fiery mythical creature that can bring destruction or even death. 

2024 is the year of the Green Wood dragon with additional energy of, leadership and strength. The Wood Dragon year combines the characteristics of the Dragon, known for its vitality and enthusiasm, with the attributes of the wood element, symbolizing abundance, growth, flexibility, and kindness. This combination suggests a year of dynamic growth, adaptability, and positive transformation. Some believe that the wood energy can weaken the earth's energy, causing more earth disasters and conflicts. 

The Green, wood dragon energy adds a layer of mystical nuance. Green is considered a mystic color. It combines yellow (the earth) and blue (the heavens). In my view, what the dragons have shared represents fertility, life, and death in creating newness of life. Much of Pluto's energy represents death, rebirth, and the opportunity to introduce new innovative successes as Pluto sits in Aquarius for the next 20 years. So how do you know if you, a loved one, or your employee is suffering from burnout? 
The signs and symptoms are similar to what we might experience during the transmutation of energy or when the codes and keys of the new programs for our systems bombard us. It might be stress at times, and at different times, it might be transmutation. In either case, we are experiencing change, and the vibration of overwhelm, stress, and burnout can catalyze change. 

Anytime we experience an off-ness in our energy field, we must go into detective mode. Is something happening with our physical, emotional, or mental body, or is it a combination of one or all? Emotional or mental strain impacts the physical body. Are you using your body, emotions, and even your mental practices, processes, and beliefs in the way you are designed - OR are you doing something that is NOT aligned with you? 

We will get many opportunities to align, and the universe will always push us into alignment, not out of alignment.

These of January 2024,  a NINE month include:
A time for reassessment and regulation of our desires, turning visions into aligned goals, values and action.  We are experiencing a greater sense of  duty and responsibility in our person development and evolution and how our actions impact the collective. It's a time of potential heart activation and healing of person relationship. This month the cosmos fosters emotional connections and a deeper understanding of feelings, promoting a more compassionate attitude toward life.  It is a time of opportunity for collaborative efforts and societal healing, with a shared commitment to positive change.  January is a time of rebirth and new beginnings, a time for personal transformations, shedding old patterns, and embrace new opportunities for growth and self-discovery.  Expect discussions and developments in medicine, holistic health practices, and community well-being as we collectively strive for improved health standards.

Happy new year and welcome to the new year of 2024.   I always like the energy of going into a new year. It seems full of hope, a refreshing.  We get tired of old, and a new year feels like the welcoming of something new.   When you think about it though – it’s just a day.  At midnight we suddenly declare we are leaving one year or timeframe and moving into another.    At the stroke of the clock, we are declaring we can start something new.    We celebrate with fireworks, party favors and cheering to saying out with the old and in with something new.   

New year's resolution is the time to form those promises we make to ourselves. Those promises that we will continue to evolve.   Resolution – a firm decision to do or not do something.  A promise to yourself to get something done, ideally along with a plan to make it happen. A resolution can be a goal that you set informally and keep private, or you can share your goals and plans with other people. 

I personal don’t like the term resolution, though many continue to use the term – that’s alright the concept and desire to change are still the goal.   Many use the word intent.  Setting intents for what you want the new year to bring.  I’m finding myself using the word Focus more frequently.   Why?

2024: The Year of Transcendent Leadership, individualism, internal realization and awareness and decisions to stop doing old things or doing old things in new ways. 

2024 carries themes of authority and leadership challenging us to redefine what 'being in charge' means. This is a year that will test us on our progress understanding and healing our emotions and using an upgraded personal compassing system that uses healthy emotions and new mental processes that match our evolution.  We’ve also worked on shifting our beliefs and mental processes to take different actions.  If you’ve not done this yet – there is work to be done, and the Universe will pressure you to adjust your thinking and beliefs. It’s a year to individuate – trust yourself and step into your frequency. Understanding and knowing our vibrational frequency will cause many to isolate ourselves or have more quiet time. We’ll continue to see changes in entertainment or events that historically would draw more public groupings. So, if you find yourself desiring more quiet alone time. This is a massive step in our oneness – understanding ourselves before we are with others. Knowing your vibration will help determine your circle, soul family, and where the Universe needs you.   Laurie talks about Saturn influence, Pluto's long 20-year projection.  What might we expect from Jupiter and Mercury retrogrades in the Universal year of #8 - preparing us for the completion year of 2025.

We are preparing to say goodbye to 2023 and welcome the energies of 2024.  In life, there are pivotal moments when we have the opportunity to say Goodbye. The same holds when we have a chance to be introduced to something new.  We might not take advantage of those saying hellos. We might ignore or avoid them, walk right by, and not pause and say hello. You may have had the experience of someone trying to get your attention, and you avoid making eye contact. You may also have had a time when you arrived, and someone you wanted to see had already left and missed or taken opportunities to end things and begin something.  As we evolve the Universe is encouraging us to say goodbye to beliefs, behaviors and practices that no longer help us, and to welcome new ways of celebrating our energy. 

Life is like a sailboat – you can steer left or right, but the wind will always take you where you need to be. Sometimes, the wind changes to take you to an unexpected but better place. Beliefs change – evolution through the heart to change your mind. There is more to you than what you've already done, and there is continued evolution as you experience life.  We are constantly letting go of things, and welcoming new. Some fear they might miss an important opportunity to leave something behind, or welcome something new. As we evolve so does how we receive and interpret messages and nudges from the Universe.  There are key methods to how we listen and learn, and the universe uses similar methods to help us align to messages from the Universe.   Listen as Laurie explains this and how these messages might come to you.   Also encouraging you to say goodbye to 2023 and hello to new energy of 2024.

Laurie talks about definitions around work life-balance and wonders what might have people believe they are out of balance.  The universe keeps us in balance. We live in duality and the opposites, or shades of grey help us in our alignment.  Her life purpose is her life and her life work there is no separation therefor there is no out-of-balance.  But it wasn't always like this.  If we reframe our view on the concept of being in or out of balance and believe that whatever we are experiencing is alignment, we are able to navigate more easily.  Laurie reminds us of the duality in our energy fields - that we have both masculine and feminine. Some are exercised more than others, but yet we all have both. When we learn to be in neutrality and function from that point, while understand we choose to move off-balance, we move more towards oneness, having the understanding that we are always in balance.

The last month of 2023 is filled with opportunities for reflection on our life and the year. What went well, what didn't go well. What did we perceive as losses and gains? People who left our lives and those people who entered. Opportunities we took and opportunities that passed us by. This is a time of reflection for learning, not reflection for judging ourselves. It is a time of truth and purity – and for those in the northern hemisphere, we are reminded of the winter season with snow – and our tie to our past and ancestors. 
The questions I dance with as I look forward to the planetary influences of 2024, Numerology, astrology, and the channels I get from the universe of wisdom about our evolution - what might we be looking at NOW that will help carry us forward into 2024?  
The biggest question is: Are you living your best life and shining your light?   Are there changes you'd make? Things that you would start doing or things that you would stop doing. Places you'd go, people you would seek out, or people you would move away from. Would you begin things or end things? Would you know the' things' you need to live the best life? I know this is a lot of questions, but the bigger question is, how well do you know yourself? Do you live longing for something different? 
Now that the Nodes moved in the signs of identity, Aries and Libra, we are asked to find a balance between who we are as individuals and our relationships and social networks. Mercury goes retrograde, and we have powerful New and Full moon all poised to push us to higher illumination. Are you living your best life? Are you shining? December marks the end of a transformational year, setting the stage for a powerful 2024. As we move into the final month of 2023, cosmic energies are bursting with power, offering us an opportunity to reflect on our journey and to prepare for the next chapter in the evolution of consciousness.  I know you may want to skip ahead as you run from 2023, but the energy is about being present, here and now.    

This month carries the potential for humanity to either unite and ascend together or deepen existing divides, making it a pivotal moment in our collective history. Current energies invite us to focus on clarity, delve deep into our relationships, adopt a practical and goal-oriented mindset, and prepare for a transformational new year.   

Overall, we are evolving beyond what we used to be, and the people and surroundings that once filled our lives may no longer match our current vibration. This transformative journey calls for us to welcome change and seek environments and connections that align with our newfound selves, our healed selves and our new mental beliefs. In gratitude of our earthly home.  Gaia – earth is a living, breathing, conscious being just like you.  There are many not yet awakened to their own higher self, and therefore are not able to imagine or conceive that Gaia also has a higher self.  Gaia is an ascending consciousness – celestial and you will not be leaving her, you will be transmuting with her.  More than ever, she is ready and waiting to help us transmute energy.   

We often don’t tell the people that mean the most to us what they mean to us.  There are times we tell them we love them, there are times we wish them well, times we wish them luck, are proud, that we support then and are there for them.  But we most often forget to remind them how important they are to us in our lives and how grateful that they are a part of the journey.

I read something recently that said we have the power to control our thoughts. That we shouldn't allow our feelings to override our thinking.  That we are greater than allowing our feelings to control us.  "Be greater than this, if you want to change, think greater than your feelings. "

So I pondered this with the angels.  Interestingly, I believe the angels led me to this particular article so they could use it as a thought pondering podcast. 

Our emotions are our compass.  Even fear can be a good thing. In past lives it was fear that allowed us to survive.   It was fear that ignited the fight or flee reaction.  

In our energy bodies - which is the electro fields that function around us and connect to our meridians of our physical body, our emotional body is the first layer directly beyond the etheric layer.  The etheric layer is a very think protective layer that surrounds the physical body.   The mental body resides outside that emotional body, it is there that we store the codes for our filtering system -  the response to an emotion and action of what to do with that emotion is carried here. 

If we don't understand our emotions, and where they come from, we have the potential to act based on filters that aren't aligned.   This creates the necessity to understand our emotions,  so the work there first to understand where your emotions come from.  A misqualified emotion is one that you've developed based on unqualified data.  or inaccurate data.   It's then created a patterned or a reaction that you don't understand why you do something, or why you have that reaction - you just do. 

Our emotional body and our mental body work together. The emotional body being the compass and the mental body being the driver of action.  Healing, and understanding both of these layers of our being helps us expand our entire energy system. The expanded Chakra system, and this then allows us to get clarity on all energy we are sensing.  It is a system, and not one piece functions without the others.

What’s up with the Energies of November.   We are also in Scorpio season, and we’re beginning to look at the ending of this year, and what might be ahead for us in the new year.    We've experience two powerful eclipses – ending with the last Lunar eclipse of 2023.  I believe November is going to be a catalyst month for many of you.  Decisions will be made, which is very normal this time of year, but this year we have influences of the planets.   You will be deciding on a pathway that may take you on a path you hadn’t planned for, yet it was always there, and the universe is showing you this IS the road to take.  It’s a discerning time - after months of retrogrades and internalizing, contemplating and analyzing our best path, or so our human thought was the best path – here comes the Universe with something better.   I’ve been talking about leaving space most of late summer - LET the universe drop in something better.  The codes and keys that we’ve been getting are NEW – and not the same stuff we’ve been hearing or collecting for years.  This may be why many of you are feeling stuck, off, or a bit unsure of the future.  We have pathways and gateways that are opening, and this is NEW.  Listen as Laurie provides and overall view of the month, and then the potential impact for each sign.
