The meeting of minds was to discuss best energy saving practices during the new occupancy levels of buildings due to the pandemic. She gives a low down on how a building's HVAC system can be managed, upgraded or utilized to save on energy.

As the HVAC industry is trying to increase efficiency and reduce emissions from HVAC equipment, having a firm understanding of the differences in each refrigerant and the molecular components that are a part of each one, will be imperative to reach the goal of the HVAC industry.

The goal of the HVAC industry by January 1, 2023 is to reduce GWP below 750 and right now current GWP of R-410a is about 2080.
