Moreover, he has 10+ years of experience as a graphic designer. His design portfolio includes works such as Roadr ’s Pitch Deck, user and specialist apps, letterhead, One Pager, just to name a few.

Celso holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a minor in
Physics from Texas Tech University.

Shortly after departing Apple, he worked at Exodus Communications with Ellen Hancock, Exodus’ CEO who was Apple’s former CTO. He co-founded GPS company Wheels of Zeus with Apple’s co-founder Steve Wozniak in 2001, which was sold in 2006. Alex was Chief Technology Officer, at Power Assure and then Vice President at Vigilent before starting Ripcord while a contractor at NASA working for the CTO. Alex was CEO at Ripcord from 2014-2021 and remains on the Board of Directors. Alex is on the Board of Directors of The Institute for the Study of Knowledge Management in Education (ISKME). He is a on the mentor board of Orange Fab and an advisor to Astra Space.

Mr. Rosseau was an honors student from a top-ranked college with majors in both astronomy and economics; his academic work has emphasized research on the commercial space industry, including authoring publications in The Harvard Business Review, Harvard Business Publishing, the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), and the American Astronomical Society (AAS). His work and opinions have appeared in popular media, such as PBS’s NOVA, Newsweek, The Washington Post, Harvard Magazine, and The Space Show. Dr. Heath J. Mills is an extreme environment microbial ecologist. As the current Chief Scientific Officer for Rhodium Scientific, he leads initiatives to expand terrestrial and spaceflight research capacities into the commercial biotechnology sector. Over the past six years in the commercial space industry, Dr. Mills has been a Principal Investigator and co-Investigator on over 20 International Space Station science and engineering projects funded privately and by the Department of Defense, National Science Foundation, National Institute of Health and the ISSNL. Recently, Mills was appointed to the ISSNL User Advisory Committee to serve on the Technology Development Subcommittee.

With academic degrees from Duke University and the Georgia Institute of Technology, Dr. Mills has over 19 years’ experience studying extreme environment ecosystems from a biogeochemical perspective. He has published over 40 publications that have collected more than 1800 citations, where he used advanced molecular techniques to characterize microbial community structure and function from locations across and beneath the Earth.
