“It’s you…it’s your special medicine that’s helping the people. It’s not so much about the tools that you learn or the knowledge that you gain.”  

Today I have Dr. Leah Taylor with me, who is a dear client of mine, and an amazing professional. She explains part of her journey like this: “From a very young age, I noticed a disconnect between my mind and body. I felt proud of my head, but when I looked down at the rest of my body, I didn’t recognize it as my own. My journey home to myself started with live music. Blown apart by the percussive beats of Rusted Root, it was my first spiritual experience and the first time I fully felt alive and integrated in my whole body. 

I was so intrigued, I pursued a Master’s in Somatic Psychology and a Ph.D. in Mind-Body Medicine to learn about how our bodies work in an integrative way and what an experience like live music means for our healing and wellness. Even though I pursued the professional path of a therapist, I always knew my work and my own healing was bigger than what could fit in a small session room. I knew it was the things I did every day, not once a week for 50 mins, that would make the biggest impact on my life.” 

This is when she decided to come into my world and realized she needed to clear old programming in order to move forward and properly value her work and abilities.

Today's episode is an IG live session I recently did, where I discuss the keys to sustaining a successful career as a healer and emphasize the importance of being able to articulate and explain the work that we do as such.
Many women in the field struggle with clearly conveying the tangible aspects of their healing practice. It's crucial for us to move beyond vague and repetitive language and instead provide grounded explanations that make sense to our clients.

I share my own journey of struggling to explain my healing abilities until I started my certification program. It helped me articulate high-level concepts into understandable parts. I realized the significance of being able to communicate what our clients can expect and how the healing process works. This clarity enhances client integration and results. As healers, we need to refine our abilities, understand our methodologies, and create multi-layered approaches to our work. “She came to me in a dream and said: You have nothing to worry about anymore. You have nothing to be afraid of anymore. And I felt it in a way and on a level that I've never experienced before. It was almost like every fear that I was carrying, every doubt, every trepidation just vanished.”

In today's solo episode, I am sharing my long-awaited experience in Sedona. As many of you know, this trip marked an important turning point in my life, especially from the energetic and frequency point of view.
The number of things that were shown to us and the amount of realizations that happened are almost infinite. I was able to understand some of my most important purposes in my work, and my life in general.
It was a true gift to be able to experience the channeling of an amazing being called Mother Malia through Jennifer Longmore, my dearest mentor. 
I can say that, after Sedona, I am more aware of what I need to do on this planet and I'm achieving a sense of personal growth, a deeper understanding of myself, and a shift in my perspective. Also, a reconciliation of ancestral trauma, a release of old patterns and fears, and a newfound ability to fully lean on and receive support.  Overall, it has initiated me into a higher timeline and a greater sense of purpose and alignment with my true self.

A few months ago, I got a strong urge to do things differently and evolve my approach to running my own business.
