#TheLastRun is finally here! Five months ago, we brought you a very special episode in conversation with Chamba Tseten, founder of Adventure Sports Foundation of Ladakh (ASFL) to talk about the highly anticipated Pangong Frozen Lake Marathon taking place this February 20th 2023 in Ladakh to increase global awareness and alarm about the rapidly melting Himalayan glaciers.

Have you heard? The glaciers are melting! To spring us all into action is Chamba Tsetan joining us from Kargyam in eastern Ladakh, Founder of Adventure Sports Foundation of Ladakh (ASFL) which promotes environmental responsibility and sustainable behavioral changes through sports. This February 20th, 2023, he and his team at ASFL are organizing the world’s highest frozen lake marathon ‘The Last Run’ at the famous Pangong Lake in Ladakh to raise global awareness about the rapidly melting Himalayan glaciers. Vinay finds out all about ‘The Last Run’ and Chamba’s amazing work with his community at ASFL,  at the Himalayan Institute of Alternatives and as a founding member of the Youth Association Kargyam.
