    “I truly believe that Yoga can transform your life.” A woman of many hats, Priya Nair is an Electronics Engineer by education who has worked with organizations like HP, Qualys and Cisco, a professional baker, a fitness enthusiast and today, a trained yoga therapist and a Hatha yoga teacher. Priya’s yoga journey spans 18 years and she practices the Bikram’s Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Traditional Hatha Yoga, Akshar Power Yoga and Shivananda Yoga styles. With over 3000+ hours of teaching experience, Priya is a RYT500 Yoga teacher, C-IAYT (certified yoga therapist), a registered Prenatal-Postnatal Yoga teacher and lactation consultant. She also specializes in Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga. Starting June 2023, she will also start pursuing her PhD in yoga!

Five months ago, we brought you a very special episode in conversation with Chamba Tseten, founder of Adventure Sports Foundation of Ladakh (ASFL) to talk about the highly anticipated Pangong Frozen Lake Marathon taking place this February 20th 2023 in Ladakh to increase global awareness and alarm about the rapidly melting Himalayan glaciers. 

    Well, with just 3 days to go for the marathon, Vinay is in Ladakh right now with Chamba and his team who are all set to host the famous event. C2C-OD is also proud to be supporting the marathon as Knowledge Partner.

To spring us all into action is Chamba Tsetan joining us from Kargyam in eastern Ladakh, Founder of Adventure Sports Foundation of Ladakh (ASFL) which promotes environmental responsibility and sustainable behavioral changes through sports. This February 20th, 2023, he and his team at ASFL are organizing the world’s highest frozen lake marathon ‘The Last Run’ at the famous Pangong Lake in Ladakh to raise global awareness about the rapidly melting Himalayan glaciers. Vinay finds out all about ‘The Last Run’ and Chamba’s amazing work with his community at ASFL,  at the Himalayan Institute of Alternatives and as a founding member of the Youth Association Kargyam.
