    Introducing our first "Deep Dive" discussion episode where I go through my entire healing journey and give some insight into what I experienced in diagnosing my health and medical problems for nearly 11 years of my life.

    I cover a lot in this episode but I hope it can provide hope and inspiration to those who might be struggling as well. Never lose hope, I am now living a very full and happy life but it all started with me choosing it and doing everything I could to learn, grow, and heal myself from the inside out.

    3: Sinking Into a Meditative State

    In the last two episodes, we learned how to become present in a moment and release tension, so it is now time to learn how to transition into a meditative state, completing our three-point ark on "How to Meditate".

    A meditative state is typically defined as being in a fully present state of mind, but it's not limited to that. And the deeper your meditative state, the more you connect to and can even influence your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. These systems activate and deactivate feelings of pain, stress, anxiety, and depression, so practicing meditation allows you to better regulate these feelings and your overall well-being.

    Our goal for this episode is to slowly guide you through a beautiful journey under the sea, allowing you to open the third eye and reach this deeper level of meditation.

    In this episode, we’re releasing tension, allowing the body to sync with the mind as we work our way through every muscle group in the body, tensing each area for about 5 seconds, and then letting go and feeling the muscles relax.
