Hi, we are Elizabeth and Vincent, and this is Spirit Over Mind, your newest voyage into meditation and spirituality.
We created this with the hope that we can help others and ourselves find inner peace as well as understand the importance of meditation and mindfulness.
Now, we are, by no means, meditation experts or consider ourselves “spiritual gurus”, however these last few years, we both have felt our lives needed more intentional moments to allow our mind, body, and spirit to recharge and grow.
These episodes will be something a bit different than your average guided meditation. With Spirit Over Mind, each session will take you on a journey deep into your soul and bring you closer to the answers and peace you’ve been searching for within.
