    In this weeks aolo episode Fatloss Habit Building Series-The Key To Better Sleep I discuss as part of my coaching team the steps they can make to helpp woth their fatloss goals.

    The series is one that I recorde throughout lockdown when the dread C was haunting everyone & for me sleep is one of the most underutilised tools for an effective fatloss & weightloss journey 

    It can have such negative effecst on a daily basis if we dont get adequate sleep i wont say enough because what is enough 7,8,9,10 hrs but the sweet spot is usually somewhere beween 7-9 hrs. 

    I discuss some of the helpful tips that you can implement right away to put yourself in a better position than most who take action with these steps
