128: Intuitive Eating Session #9 - When You're Concerned About Your Child's Eating Habits and Body Size

If you’re a parent who grew up worrying about your body size and what you ate, you’re probably aware that you might influence your own child’s body size or eating habits. What you might not know is *how* you’re influencing them, or how to make it more comfortable for your kids to talk to you about body image issues or eating habits.

I know the negative outcomes of thinking you’re doing the “right thing” by focusing on health and body size--because I did that, and so did so many of my clients. Tune in to find out.
