    There are different modes of movement and everyone is so individual. Injuries, fitness level, age, goals etc all need to be taken into account when deciding on what exercise program you should follow. 

    In this episode I explain some of the different ways to move your body for at least 30 minutes per day. 

    Movement every day can be as simple as walking your dogs for a minimum of 30 minutes. 

    We are becoming very sedentary so just creating movement in our bodies will begin to prevent disease and illness.
