3 key steps to defining your purpose

3 key steps to defining your purpose

In this episode, Arthi Rabikrisson speaks about the impact purpose has in one achieving not just one's life goals, but also being able to feel fulfilled, happy and content knowing that what you're doing is right for you.
What is a goal? By definition, it is an aim or purpose. Something that you desire to attain. More often than not, the goal is often vaguely defined and therein lies one of the issues. How does one aim for something if you’re not clear on what it is you want it for, or don’t know much about it?
Arthi's definition of purpose is, quite simply, the reason(s) and motivation(s) for why we do what we do, every day.
Arthi offers 3 key steps that can help you define your purpose, and this may give you some insights to allow you to  align how you live your life with your purpose as its foundation.

The Art of Self-awareness: 4 easy steps to begin your journey

The Art of Self-awareness: 4 easy steps to begin your journey

In this episode, Arthi speaks about how the journey of self-awareness is easier than you think.
Most people start running for the hills, ducking deeper under the duvets or pretend to not hear anything when the term self-awareness is used. People often say they“don’t have time to be self-aware, there is too much else going on”, or “there is no point as there is no need, it’s of no benefit to me” or “it’s all about meditating, which is hard and also useless”.
Some valid excuses there. Arthi proposes that, perhaps, the root of these comments is the f-bomb we don’t like to freely admit – FEAR.
She offers some simple steps to become more self-aware, and maybe remove some of the fear or stigma about knowing yourself better.

If you enjoyed this episode, like, share with others and leave your comments about your own journey into self-awareness, what has worked or hasn't. We can all learn from each other.
