    Luke Richmond is a full-time author, extreme adventurer and part-time base jumper.
     
    After hitting rock bottom in his early twenties due to drug addiction he managed to set himself straight in the Muay Thai training camps of Thailand which have since snowballed into taking on the world's most extreme challenges.
     
    His adventures have seen him climb the highest mountains on 6 continents, brave -60 degree temperatures in Antarctica along with being held captive in the jungles of West Papua. 
     
    He has witnessed death before his eyes on the highest peaks and has found peace in his mind with an ocean row across the Atlantic setting a new world record. 
     
    In his most recent expedition, Luke dragged a cart containing all of his food and water across 1800 km of the Gobi Desert in Mongolia becoming the first Australian male to do so. 
     
    Lukes way of life is encapsulated by his motto "One Life One Chance” - which is one of two books that he has written.

    Eoin Dobbin is a full-time personal trainer based in Galway, Ireland. This year he took on the extreme challenge that was Freezbrury 2020 which seen him brave the relentless Atlantic for every day of February adding 1 minute each day until completion on the 29th of February where he braved 29 continuous minutes in the sea wearing only a pair of swimming shorts. Eoin faced multiple storms, bouts of hypothermia and the all too familiar voice of self-doubt that many of us face when we embrace a new challenge.

    Damian Browne is a former professional rugby player turned extreme athlete. Since retiring from professional rugby he has taken on various extreme challenges including; The Marathon Des Sables - A 250km multi-stage, self-sufficient ultra marathon, across the Sahara Desert in 2016, The Talisker Whiskey Atlantic Challenge - A 3,000-mile solo transatlantic crossing in a rowing boat in 2018 and now The 7 Summits Challenge, where Damian is attempting to summit the highest mountains on each of the 7 continents - 5 of which he has successfully climbed so far.
     
    Damian is also the man behind “Freezbrury" an extreme challenge that gained traction this year throughout Ireland. Freezbrury challenges participants to get in the ocean every day of February in Ireland when the water is at its coldest. The hardcore challengers must add 1 minute each day of February when getting in the ocean where they will finish on day 29 and spend a total of 29 minutes in the relentless Atlantic Ocean!
     
    Collectively Freezbrury raised over €30,000 for Pieta House while also raising awareness for mental health.
