They joined me to discuss how they transitioned from doing fix and flips to investing in and creating land notes. We also covered a range of other topics including a shelter they set up in Alaska for sex trafficking victims, and how investing in real estate and notes helps them set up a solid retirement for themselves and a legacy for their heirs. Mortgage notes are quite easy to come by. There are several note auction sites like Note Trader Exchange, Stackfolio, or Debexpert. Not all are great, and some are overpriced, but they are designed for small investors. If you want to buy the bigger and better notes, you have to find them yourself.
