    • 𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐖𝐎: Did you happen to go out and see the property?
    • 𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐄𝐄:  In wholesaling, It says "as-is", "no inspections" and the buyer pays all fees. How do you make money that way?

    • 𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐅𝐎𝐔𝐑: I'm assuming as a wholesaler you're calling all these people, and probably have a dialer. How do you build your "do-not-call list"?

    • 𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐒𝐈𝐗: How much per call or what's the price run on that skip trace?

    • 𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐒𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍: How much do you still do locally versus out of state?  
    • 𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐄𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓: Do you do any relationships with banks and talk about what they have in terms of financial distress instead of stress or deal with the banks directly? 
    • 𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐄: While you pull it up, what percentage are you doing? A straight wholesale with no fix and what percentage are you actually fixing and wholesaling?

    • 𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐄𝐍: It's easy to identify a property that is vacated for a long time just by doing this a lot. Don't you think it's really hard to see from the visuals, especially when it is six months old?
    • 𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍: Is there a system that you use or recommend to identify which ones are vacant?

    • 𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐖𝐄𝐋𝐕𝐄:  Do you also look at the crime rate, the schooling district, and all that stuff in wholesaling?
